Uhm how I see it is that, Seol Ah has been so strong, with everything she has been through,(seeing parents die, sexual abuse, Fiance's dying, not just one but 3, and now the one that she thought died before just died again because of her, I think at that moment she wanted to die, so she didn't care if she was shot, remember she wanted to die before and was stopped by CWS
