"So you're saying I've made your heart feel again?"
Why does Pete flirt so much like wtf are we supposed to take away from this? And he's so right btw Niran you ain't slick my boy 😠no amount "ew" is going to save you
Okay the way the ritual scene ended is driving me crazy. Niran wasn't choosing between a good option and a bad option.
He was choosing between: Pete's sister remaining trapped and a powerful demon Qi Rong being released. Both options suck. But one option hurts just one person, Pete. And the other one endangers everyone.
And guess what Niran chose? He is so sweet to Pete omg what kind of love even is this? Not just platonic or romantic, not even just soulmatism. It feels beyond everything. And now he put himself in danger why oh gosh I'm gonna cryyyy
The last 20 minutes of the 2nd episode made me realise exactly why I had been waiting for this show to come out since the pilot trailer dropped in 2024.
Love creeps in slowly, it's not loud when it arrives. It has many ways to make way. Sometimes it feels like comfort or routine, sometimes it's softness when you're too weary to hold yourself, sometimes it's just silly smiles and teasings. But more often than not, it arrives in the form of attraction or desire. The least subtle and the most popular form yet. And desire isn't smooth. It barges in unannounced. It's what ticket to heaven is calling "lust". And when you're used to living the way others command you, the last thing you expect is your own mind going against your conditioning. But isn't that what desire does? It's notorious for a reason. It's frowned upon. It's discouraged by the scriptures, by the society and by the good ones. But not all desire is bad, and that's what many scholars forget to teach us.
Tanrak doesn't know this. He doesn't know that the tickles he feels when he touches Barth or the way his own breath hitches watching Barth wiping his lips are not the dirty kind of desire that he was taught to condemn. The heaviness of the last scene where he walks slowly towards the cubicle to get rid of his buldge and all the pictures of religious figures flashing before his eyes, the guilt and conflict he felt, the new feelings that were exciting but felt so wrong because there's this pressure of being the perfect christian boy who seeks to be a part of the heaven his parents have gone to- it's just too much to carry for a teenage boy. I was holding my breath feeling everything he felt in that moment. And that is exactly what I tuned in for!
Fourth's acting is commendable. Gemini has improved surprisingly well too. And they both look breathtakingly beautiful as well. So far P'Oaf has done a great job. Everyone delivered!! Can't wait for the next episode!
It's not mid and not weakest either. It has the best chemistry by far.
The comment above never said that it's a masterpiece. But it's definitely not the weakest. Gmmtv has made way weaker shows with no plots whatsoever just pretty faces floating around. I wouldn't call it vulgar though, it's raunchy comedy and romance. I personally was looking forward to the raunchiness, it didn't disappoint.
It takes me so long to finish an episode because most of the time I'm just gawking at Newwiee's beautiful face and can't follow the subtitles, I have to rewind and replay a lot ðŸ˜
Happy Saturday people <3 Let's brace ourselves to witness the seeds of forbidden love planting and growing in Tanrak and Barth's hearts today. It'll hurt so good I'm ready!
Lion on one hand, but that other dude?? oml I'd beat him upp wym u know u r just a side piece n u r ok w that..…
Oh Veha was deffo getting on my nerves but I'm looking forward to him and Akki falling in love so I'm trying not to hate him rn. The fact that he knows he's the side piece?? Wtf is with the sass bro you don't have any self respect why are you acting like you're all that ðŸ˜
The audacity of Lion to ditch his boyfriend and fool around with someone else on their fucking anniversary?? I'd dump his ass right there. Kanit is still being too soft on him. Toto needs to beat that mf's ass asap
Guys can we just ignore people who repeatedly come here only to call it names and spread negativity? Why do we need to defend the show or explain anything to anyone who neither watches nor cares about it? They're here to release their resentment, let them. The existence of this show and skynani bothers them enough to keep coming here and talk shit, y'all think if y'all argue enough they'll happily nod and say thanks?? NO. That's redundant. Just ignore them or block them if they're too annoying - out of sight, out of mind. Try not to entertain them because that's what they want. They want us to argue so that they can further nitpick certain points and come up with counter attacks. It's endless, trust me. Been there, done that. They'll come to every skynani show in future as well and say the same things everytime, how many more times are we going to debate with them? This is a public forum, there will always be people that'll dislike what we like and share their opinions. It should not bother us.
So let them call it queerbait, let them call it flop, if we understand the characters, if we know it's doing well, if we know watching it brings us joy then why give anybody the power to disrupt our joy and peace? Best thing we can do is completely ignore every such person. Do not waste your energy on any kind of negativity. Make it a general rule in life as well y'all, I learnt it the hard way.
This is so good. Unbelievable. Their chemistry is unmatched in the BL world. This is next level.
Agreed🥺 as someone who had high expectations from dbk and cherry magic but was left wanting more, this show feels like a breath of fresh air. This genre suits them so well!!
This was soooo good. Seriously this show has everything I wished to see TayNew in and as. The pace is really nice. Toto being dirty minded is not a surprise to anyone lol. And TayNew's chemistry is chemistry-ing 🥺💗 there's so much ease and so much comfort between them it's so nice to witness <3
