Not similar, but I really love A Journey to Love. Number 1 drama for me.
As for some dramas similar, I recommend Back from the Brink, Immortal Samsara, Love and Redemption, and The Blue Whisper. They are not exatly the same, but they all were excellent. I don't know but if you like to cry in the drama, I recommend Lost You Forever.

I cried a lot till the last few minutes of the last episode, but somehow the kid's scene made my brain think it is a happy ending and I am still believing I am right😅

imo this is the best drama I have ever watched. You can just stop at ep35 like others. Even without watching the last 5 episodes you can enjoy so much.
