I totally agree that young actors need time to grow but they also needs good guidance which means more diverse roles and good teachers. these two really do have great chemistry and do well in intimate scenes. but outside that their acting hasn't really improved and just doesn't feel enough to carry the show. of course it could be the bad directing and production but it also goes to show they are still too young to know how to adjust themselves. I tend to be more open minded when it comes to young actors but that doesn't mean I can pretend they are great when they are not. but you are totally right in the sense that they have a lot of space to improve and a bright future in front of them, as long as their studio doesn't screw them over.

this show is actually trying to keep the fans from that series by essentially copying some of ai and nhai traits. have you noticed that Tew is very very similar to ai? he's a level headed guy most of the time but can get hot-headed, he can fight, he fell for nhai really fast and he doesn't like to socialize outside a certain group of friends. guy is so like nhai. the way he speaks, the way he interacts with tew. sure he's not as childish but hes more like a grown up version of nhai. it's almost like this is ai and nhai in an alternate universe. I really hope they give them different personalities in their next show or at least a role reversal.

I loved ai long nhai I've watched it 10 times all ready. the reason why I liked it was because it knew what it wanted to be, mindless fluff. and because of that it didn't require too much acting skills and the plot didn't need to be that good because the focus is on the couple and their interaction. this show is a mess. it obviously wanted a plot but was too lazy to put in the work to write a good one which means we are stuck with this. and as for the leads, I love them really but I have to admit what they need isn't another series but acting classes. for simple scenes like in ai long nhai it was somewhat okay, but in this series, their acting just isn't enough to deliver on some more intense scenes outside their romantic moments. while it is nice to see them in three series together in such a small span of time, it really worries me what is going to happen after that.
