I think you're spot on with FL's difficulty acting sorrow and grief. In "Legend of Zhuohua" when having crying scenes she could only furrow her brow and sniff to feign crying. Otherwise her acting is fairly good.

I think fans adored him and her but couldn't believe how he went about the divorce. I think a lot of people who were his fans were very disappointed in him and if it takes 6 years to get over it? Sometimes somethings take awhile after a shock. Of course these 2 have moved on but I'm sure it took SHK longer as he already moved onto his lover.
