You're missing alot of good dramas if you based it on the rating here. MDL rating is very biased in my opinion. Very high ratings for idol dramas. Just watch a few episodes to see if it's your cup of tea...

XS is an idiot. So many people knew about the acquisition. What makes him think that JH won't know...he should've told her himself. He's a coward. I think it would have been better if he told her and they gave their point of view, then maybe he won't be slapped in public.

What was the arc between XZY and YJ in the novel? Did they do a flash marriage too?

I get why someone who read the novel will be disappointed but since I haven't, I'm ok with it just focusing on JH's journey to reestablish TengYue to it's former glory.

Maybe it's a good thing they changed that. I think it's kinda creepy that JH has romantic feeling for GY if he is her biological brother even unknowingly.

To accomplish that, this will probably be at the end of the drama. So if she were to think about dating XS then, it will most likely be at the very end of the drama. That's all I'm trying to say and there will be many unhappy viewers if that were to happen.

No actually I didn't mean JH and GY ended up together in last episode. I was referring to your statement about JH getting everything in order - TengYue and all her struggles/problems resolved before thinking about dating. If that was the case, then she will probably get together with XS in the last episode and even last second. They will be many unhappy viewers, me included.

it was clear she never had a romantic relationship with him. They grew up together and she had a crush on him. I guess we can't please everyone...if they get together in the last episode, everyone else will riot.

Yes I just noticed it's in the beginning credit. That is odd that they will delete that.

If this drama's MLs were replaced by unknown but decent actors, the rating would have been no more than 7.5 based on the story.

I tried blocking ads for kissh.co but then they won't allow me to watch any of the dramas anymore. I have to remove the ad blocker before I can continue to watch. I totally get that since that's the price for watching for free but some of the ads are very sus.

Have you tried Rising with the wind? To me, it's the most interesting one airing right now and the leads have amazing chemistry. The ML is sort of grey character so might not be your cup of tea if you're only into nice guys.

I see what you mean. I just checked, none of the episodes has rating more than 8 and upcoming episodes has ratings of 5 or less. That's sad that there are so many haters. I don't know what they get out of this?

In my opinion, I think this drama is too far fetched to be called a masterpiece. It's watchable but no way comparable to a masterpiece.

It's interesting the comments are mostly positive but the rating is going down...
