Yes maybe it's a the Korean culture but here, if that happens to me in my company, and all my coworkers left me to do all the cleaning up, for sure I'll report to my supervisor.

Are you serious? she was not slacking off. She was clearly called away for a press conference by the higher up. It should not be her responsibility for cleaning up the place all by herself. She was 'working', not taking a break.
