Those glossy pouty lips need a lot more time, effort and products. They do tie in with the innocence of YCW, but they don't suit JJY's acting style. Sigh...there's nothing we can do about it. But her acting has improved a lot indeed.

If a negative character makes you hate them so much you start hating the actor, it usually means that the actor did a killer job. Just give this a shot, instead of spreading hate. If you don't want to, then please don't discourage others from doing so either. There is enough hate in c-ent as it is. Let's not spread more, shall we? P.S.- If you really wanna give him a chance, try love at night, its a modern rom-com and it totally got me hooked on his looks, as Love and redemption had already got me hooked on his acting.

I swear, in 2024, all the actress who are hated for their acting are showing so much improvement. Yang Chaoyue acted brilliantly in born to run and Ju Jingyi is doing a good job here. Her scenes as the evil SGZ were spot on, but even as YCW, her acting is commendable. I first saw her in the legend of the white snake and her acting in the first scene had me hooked. Although, her later shows didn't have the brilliance of that scene, I can see it returning here. I feel that this will be what Love you Seven Times was for YCY, the first show where she can finally show her improved acting skills. While both still have room for improvement , they are still diamonds in the rough.
