Really sad that Code Blue has came to an end. Also, I really wish to believe that Aizawa likes Shiraishi and Shiraishi being Shiraishi, is oblivious of that and her own feelings :p I swear there were hints here and there!
The hints: 1) So many scenes where Aizawa and Shiraishi confide with each other (though arguably you can say they just understand each other and there's nothing more than that) 2) Aizawa said that he was glad to meet his fellow batchmates, but also specifically said that he was glad he met Shiraishi 3) 1st ep of season 3 where Aizawa chose to come back to livesaving dept because he thinks that Shiraishi is interesting 4) The conversation between them when Shinkai asked Shiraishi out for a meal in front of Aizawa - I swear I can sense jealousy from Aizawa and I'm not overthinking this XD 5) When the helicopter crashed and at the mention of Shiraishi, Aizawa looked particularly concerned (where he immediately stood up and everyone looked at him) p/s: they know and we know ;) 6) Aizawa saved Shirashi from being electrocuted in the ship (yes he would save anyone but you can't deny it's a moment ;)) 7) Shiraishi cried for Aizawa and she was the first person Aizawa saw when he woke up (yes she would be devastated if any of her teammates got injured but again, it can potentially be a sign of affection too) 8) In the movie Aizawa said that one day he would want to be like Fujikawa (to find someone important to love and live the rest of his life with (something along these lines)) - shows that Aizawa is open to having a romantic relationship one day 9) At the bar for Fujikawa and Saejima's wedding after party, they focused on Shirashi holding a pink flower and later Aizawa came in with a white flower of the same kind - I'm not entirely sure what that meant but I'm sure it meant something kyaaaaaaa
