why no allergy tag??
This ALLERGY thing is so common in dramas, mostly in those abt twins/ doppelgangers/ hidden identity, as it is uncommon in real life! SO MANY characters end up on a hospital bed because of some severe allergy, and SO MANY villains use it against our poor favourite characters, that it should have a BIG TAG of its own! Can't you just come with something new??This romance drama - on a weird note - makes use of some well-employed tropes like amnesia, hidden identity, plastic surgery... And it's nicely executed all in all. But? At some point it becomes dragging - chinese dramas are always so long anyway - so i put it on hold for now.
Interesting idea and cast, you just gotta be in mood for it.

sad & random
i kept reading reviews saying that this one has got great cinematography, but honestly i've seen many effortlessly better dramas! it's somehow - just somehow - easy on the eyes, but nothing more... the FL is so plain ! i totally got the idea it's a drama abt mediocre people, but still there are so many charming women out there in their 30s or 40s or whatever! what this drama lacks - and lacks for real - it's some vision... there's no vision to it, just some random people fighting middle age crisis and getting depressed over all kind of shit life keeps throwing at them/ at us.even the new love - the innocent love a 15 yrs old teen can offer - gets trashed in the depressing mixture. the breath of fresh air that should be there - it's hardly there!
the writer behind it might have wanted to approach some deep topics, like imperfect love, emotionally hurt people and people that hurt themselves by making wrong choices etc... still something is missing.
i'd say, any way this drama will go from now on - i'm at ep 8 - it will be totally random, so i'll drop it.

simple and fun
Hard to beat this one... It's such an unpretentious relaxing enjoyable watch, with a young cast and quality acting! For a mini drama, it packs a lot of qualities, though the plot is silly.It might be a cheap production, but it beats many big budget dramas.

excellent comedy & action drama
This drama is really something you dont come across everyday, it's so good on all levels! The comedy is at its best, the action keeps you on the edge of your seat, the cast is magnificent! The two ML's look sooo handsome and their frenemy relationship is hilarious!Something this good comes up once in a million years. Though it's 20 episodes long, i hardly ever felt like it was dragging, in fact, they had material for 1-2 more episodes, because the romance was underdeveloped, though obviously the call was there.
I will happily rewatch it many times!

another endless chinese drama
I came to watch this just for the ML, who was sooo breath-taking in "Advance Bravely"... He is still OK in this, and i also discovered the excellent FL, but the whole picture sucks! It's sooo long and boring and it takes ages for something to happen. Also a lot of secondary unnecessary actions and characters keep popping up, so i decided to give up after trying my best (with skip button put to hard work).The director totally ignored the ML's acting skills and sense of humour... He is just walking around looking (average) good.
My time is worth more than watching this slowest-paced drama.

many faces of booooring
First of all, it's a lakorn, so expect all crazy things, like vile women fighting over guys, complicated marriages with first wife, second wife, mistress' son etc, the "pure" girl who rises from poverty through marriage and - of course - her own abilities etc etc.You can throw stones if you want, but i find the child actor totally cringe, he is a plump child and supposedly cute for being so, but guess what? He is not. His hair cut above the eyes doesnt help either... And he reaaally doesnt compensate these with talent! Whose child is he anyway? Also, casting a fat child as the "bad kid" in school is totally wrong, but i guess no one cares, since so many things are wrong in lakorns...
Our ML is handsome, though not particularly charismatic, and so is the FL, who needs to be saved several times per hour, either fainting or tripping into the arms of the two brothers, or bumping into them while they are shirtless! She must be very lucky too, after her first drinking night to get preg with a handsome billionaire, and later having the rich CEO coincidentally popping everywhere - totally charmed by her qualities: (you can start a list here - make sure to add "smiling with all her teeth").
(Still) watching for the craziness.

Dear watchers, sorry to disappoint, there is NO WAY i would give this a ten - ever. It's certainly NICE all in all, nice faces, nice settings, good conflict, a lot of drama, details on point too... BUT it's really REALLY way too cliché, even actors' faces bring nothing new, they just fall into a pattern of beauty standards! The ML is handsome, but totally undistinguishable from other actors in the drama land... About the plot? The handsome CEO falls for a working-class woman, but things come in-between them... You saw this a million times before, right? Not to mention that FAKE vibe most lakorns give off, when all characters wear super fashionable wrinkle-free clothes and a super white smile and are super talented/successful in their field of work!!About the GIRL IN DEBT trope? I forgot how many times i came across this... Please, is this a 21st century movie?
So... If you dont set your expectations too high and just wanna enjoy a typical lakorn while your brain takes some rest - this is the one to go for!

such a wasted potential
This drama takes the "older woman/ younger man" trope to a new level. The young ML marries a middle-aged woman and, after her death in a car accident, moves on to her daughter, the FL, who is also significantly older than himself. It's all in the family... In fact, their relationship starts by calling each other father and daughter.The FL is not particularly likeable as a character, and neither are her boyfriend - who's an idiot and a cheater, her colleague - the typical scheming woman etc.
I'm dropping this before it becomes cringier.

cheesy but nice cast
Just one more time Cinderella story... A poor but pretty college student - our FL - meets a rich handsome strong Prince Charming and they keep clearing misunderstandings and fall in love more and more. The FL is always in distress and needs to be saved, but the ML or his childhood friend - who accidentally bumped into the FL out of all - are always there ready to oblige. The ML gave a bad boy vibe at first, but sadly the idea got dropped later.The movie is full of tropes, but well executed, to the point you end up not noticing them. You can tell where the drama is headed from the start, so it gets kinda boring, though the slow flow is quite nice and realistic.
I reached half of the drama and nothing really happens, except for college life scenes.
I dont know why im watching this, i really miss a good lakorn full of drama in every episode.

a total mess
I can see how the director wanted to make this deep and layered and whatever, but it ended up a total mess! Not to mention that these - many - chinese names can be difficult to remember for us non-asian viewers. I found myself lost not just once either with the action, or with the names, and the PACE is not to blame, since it's QUITE SLOW for an action movie...The ML is handsome and a fine actor, BUT the plot doesnt favour him. Past and Present ML are hard to tell, since the modern ML wears such 80's outfits! Besides, as said, the action is a total mess, you never know who is gonna die next or who plots what. The few women around - all seem to like our ML, but he acts coy, while all men want to fight the ML!! Besides, the director ABUSES THE FLASHBACK TECHNIQUE, to the point we get TWO MOVIES, one in the open, one in the dark. Tsk tsk! Can you just let us immerse in the action without any interruption?
Sadly i consider dropping this, though i really wanted to enjoy some good action drama!

No "shark" action
I found so many flaws in this, that i dont know where to start... First, it looks very outdated in terms of filming technique and dynamics - or lack of it, it's very slow for a revenge/ action drama. Also, the colours are dark and washed out, be it for the present or past actions. Too much time is assigned for the memories of the ML, like - we got it, let us get to the point already! Very tropey, a lot of of symbolism, but everything thrown into our face, no mystery left to keep us waiting! And, above all, veeeeerry slow pace - 20 long episodes packed with unnecessary dialogues, staring and whatnot BUT action.Dropped and dont consider giving it a try any time soon.

Nothing to watch here
I'm not bothered by the cliche story, nor by the arrogant ML - the actor is very good in his part - , im bothered by the totally mediocre FL and her inexistent acting skills. There's no chemistry between the leads and there is no way the director can convince me that a rich handsome CEO would fall hard, at first sight, for the boring FL. Maybe it so happened just because the ML happened to see the FL naked? Isnt this bad taste? Are we talking puberty?Dropped.

tropes' glory
Besides the ML looking good, this drama doesnt have much to offer, just a bunch of cliches from B-series movies: the love of two orphans, the big-hearted prostitute, the outcast saved by an innocent love, also a femme-fatale etc. Too many to keep track of them. Coincidences and misunderstandings keep happening... Oh, and of course we have a hero, or even two heroes, and also one dead hero - the fem cop.It's really a dumb-trophy winning series.

Meh! Do they still make dramas like this? The FL is not particularly pretty or funny but still everybody gets crazy over her... The ML is hot, but teenage-like hot, no maturity to his character what so far, he cant take himself seriously. The SML is like a prop, handsome but lacks personality...Fashion - these guys work in fashion and retail - is lame! Besides the ML's suits, nothing attractive in terms of clothing.
Just watching to pass time while waiting for recommendations.

a boy manga + a girl manga (with humans)
not to be taken seriously... it's so unrealistic that you wouldnt fool a kindergartener. the ML kicks left and right and puts down the police, the bad guys, the secret organizations... all in-between some cheesy moments with the FL. everything is black and white: the good cops are too good - and handsome, the bad guys are just so bad - and scary looking.feel safe to fast-forward, nothing to lose abt actors' facial expressions or something, everything is just so basic! if you're a fan of martial arts and guns, dont miss the action scenes, there are plenty. the ML looks good with his shirt on and even better without it.
chewing-gum movie, no stress for the brain. i'm still not sure if i can pull myself through more episodes - and i only watched 3.
