I also think its time cxz to move on..unless LMT bow to his feet,he shouldn’t be moved..my man has been dealing…
It's not because of pride that she doesn't want CZX to meddle with her. It's because his betrayal hurt more than Ziyu's. She gave it all for him and was ready to go through privation, work despite the fact it wasn't her role in this society and risk her life to follow him in war. He basically made a mockery of her and it might not be easy for her to decipher what was true and what wasn't.
Also, they have a complicated past as they used to be arch nemesis. Remember that CZX was ready to invest a lot of time and money to play house with LMT to try and find LW. He was crafty.
But above all, I think she doesn't want to implicate him in the assassination of the Prince Sui who is the beloved son of the grand Empress Dowager. If Duc Cui is implicated in this assassination, it's a lot of lives that will be implicated seeing his position as a Prince.
LMT problem isn't that she doesn't want to seek CXJ's help. She seems him as an equal. It's more that she doesn't…
She wants to avenge herself but also her fallen brothers who were assassinated by the Prince Sui. She suspected that Zi Yu wouldn't help her settle this matter and now after he prevented her from killing the Duc Sui, it confirms he wouldn't help.
Prince is very powerful and he's the beloved son of the grand Dowager Empress. She's the one who holds the most power (because of filial piety and because she has a lot of influence). Getting rid of Peince Sui will not be easy because he's crafty. Also, LMT is very smart but she recovered her memory recently and is traumatized. She's. ot level-headed and doesn't want ML to risk it all for her.
I'm finding it harder to like Miantang. She's being petulant and spiteful and for what 'getting rescued and healed'?…
She didn't go back to Ziyu. She knew CXJ was watching and wanted to make him let go of her because she doesn't want to implicate him in Duc Sui's assassination (he's the beloved son of the great Enpress Dowager so it held consequences).
I felt they pictured this well with her leaping into another fief to show ML that he's bound by his obligations. But he's crazy about her so he followed because he's ready to risk for her. They love each other so much that they want to protect each other.
I am not female..so i cant think like them..but if i were at LMt place,i would reconcile with him and get help…
LMT problem isn't that she doesn't want to seek CXJ's help. She seems him as an equal. It's more that she doesn't want to implicate him in the assassination of a hereditary prince of the Imperial family's murder.
She should stop playing female leads but motherly roles because of how old she looks. She cannot act and has no…
Wow! Take care of you heart because such hate isn't good for health. She definitely has aura and acting talent. If you can't appreciate it, refrain yourself from watching what she's starring into. Thankfully, cdrama is thriving and you'll always have other alternatives. Peace out.
Please go back to watching cringey shit. This drama has better script and understanding of life and characters…
Am I your friend ? Do we know each other whatsoever? I don't think so!
If you enjoyed this drama, that's all about style over substance, It's your prerogative. At the end of the day, this is, for me, a drama in which there is a lot to handle all the while the writer showed us nothing. The team failed to deliver a cohesive story that would enable us to be immersed in the lives of the characters. I won't even mention how cheap the last episode was. A last ditch effort to make us feel for the leads ?
What is it about ? The ML's profession and his relationship with death ? Nanping's revitalization ? FL's handicap and her subsequent acceptance of it ? The relationship between the main leads ? The relationships of FL with her family, which is jumbled by her step-father's death ? Returnees ?
WHAT WAS IT ABOUT EXACTLY ? Weren't 21 episodes too short to showcase all these matters ?
If I want to watch toxic relationships I'll watch Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind, Mon Roi or Dev D ; if I want to watch something about returnees I'll watch Meet Yourself or Swades ; if I want to watch something about the leads relationship with death and the stigma attached to the profession of mortician then I'll go for Departures ; if I want to watch something about a woman coming to term with her handicap and rediscovering herself it would be Rust and Bone.
The movie promised a lot but delivered nothing ! That's my opinion, and I won't let some Internet stranger belittle it because they think they are somehow more cultured or knowledgeable. The first thing would be to learn to be polite to people you don't know. That's basic étiquette one learns before entering kindergarten.
It's been said there is no accounting for taste, and it seems to be the case here.
