I didn’t know his fans named Hou Ming Hao “Kitten,” but honestly, it suits him perfectly. He has this soft, gentle charm that makes his cute moments feel natural and sincere. Few male actors can portray cuteness in such an effortless and believable way.

For me, though, he’s more like a cute little dragon. Adorable and gentle, yet capable of showing surprising strength and intensity. His child dragon performance in Back From the Brink left a deep impression on me, especially since it was my first drama with him.

Haha okay, lesson learned for me too never judge a drama by its cover. You just had to learn it the hard way 😅

Oh, you went into this drama completely unprepared! 😭 It’s been on my PTW list for about a year now. I’ve only watched two of Bai Lu’s dramas so far, and I’ve been saving the rest because I wanted to start with this one first. I’m mentally preparing myself for the tragic journey . I know it’s going to hurt, but I still really want to experience their story.

I actually haven’t watched Reply 1988 yet, but it’s been on my list for a while because I’ve heard so many good things about it. The way you described it makes me even more curious to check it out.

I do enjoy a well written love triangle when it actually adds depth and emotional tension to the story. But I really dislike the ones that are clearly inserted just to create unnecessary drama or misunderstandings. If it feels forced or toxic for no real reason, it just takes away from the main romance instead of enhancing it.

It’s been two days and I still can’t find anything new that keeps me interested qne the visuals from that drama were just breathtaking. Even the short vertical dramas don’t feel appealing anymore. I was so disappointed to learn that Ouyang Nana hasn’t done any dramas after this, and there’s nothing lined up either. I just hope she’s happy doing whatever she’s focused on right now. I’ve been going back and watching her previous works, but there aren’t many of them.

and Yes, absolutely. Kudos to the actors who bring their characters to life so convincingly that we end up caring deeply about their fictional futures. It really shows how powerful their performance is when they make something imaginary feel so real and personal to us.

Thanks to you, I binge-watched it and absolutely loved it. If it weren’t for your review, it probably would have gotten lost in my ridiculously long PTW list.

Haha I actually did manage to restrain myself, thank God Maybe because it didn’t flood my feed too much, just a few influencer promos and one reaction clip. Otherwise I would have failed for sure. I really hope I can wait until it finishes, because I honestly can’t survive the misery of waiting for the next episodes.

I was definitely planning to watch it, but your review makes me want to start it immediately. I’ll try to restrain myself until the entire series has aired.

I’ve heard a lot about the Korean version too and I’m planning to watch it as well just not right away. Hopefully it won’t disappoint, because I liked this one so much and it set the bar pretty high for me.

Fan Zhi Xin is truly mesmerizing in his roles. I first noticed him in Our Secret, but he didn’t stand out to me much back then. Everything changed after watching him in My Lethal Man and he completely won me over. I also really enjoyed him in Present, Is Present, and I’m currently devouring Be Your Knight. Now I’m hoping to watch all of his works because his screen presence keeps getting better, and I genuinely look forward to seeing him in more strong, quality productions.

Princess Silver surprised me in the best way. The visuals are gorgeous, the story is full of twists, and the characters really grow on you. I didn’t expect much because of the mixed reviews, but it hooked me from episode one. Honestly, such an underrated gem!

I think the best way to know if this drama is for you is to try 1–2 episodes and see how you feel about the FL and their dynamic.

If that dynamic doesn’t work for you, you’ll know early on. But who knows, you might end up liking their vibe once you see them together on screen!

Honestly, the “unconditional love” part in Love Me, Love My Voice is mostly from the ML’s side he really goes all out for her. The FL is still a student, super sheltered, sweet, and pampered by everyone around her, so her character doesn’t have a lot she can do in terms of big gestures. But she definitely reciprocates his feelings in her own gentle way.

If you continue watching, you’ll see their dynamic stay consistent with that tone. And omg the scene where the FL’s mom finds out about their relationship is one of the funniest I’ve seen, it honestly
