I also want to see them together everytime but Pangzi and qiling have a life on their own. Having Pangzi and qiling around Wu Xie he will never grow. Actually that's the reason how Wu Xie became matured and cunning because he became independent without xiao ge around him for 10 years

38 eps? I thought 34 eps. 'Cuz they divided the 66 eps into 2 seasons. So if 1st season have 32 then the 2nd have 34 eps

Actually Wu Xie is exactly 40 years old. In the timeline Wuxie's birth year is 1977 and this restart/reboot happened year 2017. So he's 40 years old that time. But because he is defined as beauty or pretty (like how Pangzi and everyone around him defined him as) he looks 30 even though he's 40

Theres no live adaptation for shi nian. The only sequels who have series adaptation are restart, sha hai and tibetan flowers (this will be released next year I think

Yes me too. I dont like to see yilong died at the end, cuz' I already seen enough of yilong spitting out blood and dying at the end of his roles. There's maybe a way in thunder city (which made xiao ge followed er shu to thunder city without disapproving) but we also know that wu xie is never been greedy and never believed in immortality so yeah I only want him to recover

There's a live adaptation of that in tots. Tots ep 49 (if I'm not mistaken). There's an ending scene where zhang qiling waited for them in the mountain and wuxie with pangzi came just to fetch xiao ge there. That's the first time the trio were complete after zql is done guarding the gate. From what I know in reboot season 2 there's also a scene about that (trio maybe will talk about their past journey and we will see a flashback on how satisfying it is when xiao ge got out and accompanied wu xie after)

Actually tibetan flower is more on about xiao ge's past journey before meeting wu xie. Wu xie will go to places and do the adventures alone (sometimes with pangzi) to know ZQL better (his past life and adventure)

*Tibetan sea flowers is the 1st sequel and known as Dao Mu Bi ji: zang hai hua (happened 5 years after zql went inside the bronze gate)
*Tomb of the Sea the 2nd sequel and known as dmbj: sha hai (happened 3-4 years after zang hai hua; a year before xiao ge going out of that gate)
*10 years later the 3rd sequel known as dmbj: Shi Nian Zhi Hou (happened exactly when xiao ge got out from the gate)
*Restart known as dmbj: Chong qi is the 4th sequel it is also where Zhu yilong's lost tomb is adapted into (happened 2 years after shi nian)

I only know 1 translator and as of now he's working the part 4 of sha hai and then he'll translate the mystic nine so I think we will read restart and shi nian not soon enough.
Tibetan flowers have 2 parts. Sha hai have 4 parts. Shi nian have few chapters (so I think sanshu isn't done yet and he left it unfinished). Restart have 224 chapters (the translator said that this is not over and from what I know sanshu already started writing it at year 2017 so if he's not done yet then he left it unfinished too, not sure)

Not sure about him and why he keeps on doing that. I don't know why he keeps on making a new volume without finishing the previous story. Actually in vol 6 of the main novel of dao mu bi ji he didn't finish it so its kind of messy. The ending in vol 6 they are still in Banai, they stole the underwater equipment of Qui De Kao (foreigner who is Ning's boss in lost tomb season 1 and 2) and his team while the beginning of vol 7 they're already back in hangzhou and Wu xie is investigating (and creating plans) about the archaeological team who went to Banai. It wasted me an entire day to understand that the Sanshu didnt written how did the trio escape from Dekao and went back to Hangzhou. The 3rd sequel I believe is unfinished too.

At the restart (4th sequel) it's written there that the qiling medicine (eaten by Wu xie at season 1 given by xiao ge) he spit it out because the effect is over. And the smoke and polluted something he keeps on inhaling ever since he started tomb raiding made his lungs rotten thats why he became ill. ZQL never eaten that qiling med he has eternal youth because he genetically inherited it from the zhang, and also the side effect (or curse) of that is to have an amnesia after 10 years

Actually I dont know about chinese idioms or what but the translator directly translated digging a hole/keke as unfinished plot/stories

Guys I'd like to remind you all that "ten years later" is different from the "restart". I misguided some of you from the info that I've spread so I'm correcting it now.

1. Dont mind the other title of the Reboot... "Reunion" is indeed misleading enough.
2. As "ten years later" is different from the "restart"; Yilong's TNR is called restart so the timeline will be 2 years after Qiling got out from the bronze gate.
3. Nanpai Sanshu (author) created lots of stories related from the DaoMuBiJi universe. But like how Yilong defined him as "digging holes" refers to unfinished plots/ keeping his readers hanging which he always does
4. Restart or Chongqi is his latest work
5. So as of now, instead of 3 now we have 4 sequels after the main novel; 1 prequel or parental story; lots of side stories and extras. Indeed there are lots
