I think we’re missing the point of the ending tbh. I don’t think there’s going to be a sequel the show is not the happy ending type . I personally think the reason for such an open ending is so us the watchers can make our own interpretation of what it takes to be on top . I think he was crying because in the end he had no one and that’s the sad part about having so much money and power to be on top you can’t just step on toes he was literally fighting for his life everyone he loved would ends up dead , betray him, use him or tried to kill him . Power comes with sacrifices and his fight to the throne made him end up alone and he finally got a moment to soak everything in . We rarely get season 2 of dramas tbh maybe 2 of 10 times so i personally wouldn’t mind watching if we do get it but I definitely doubt we’ll get it I believe it’s the end .

It’s such a different side of him I’m so used to him being the silly, funny and cute type . This is definitely a step up for him I’m sure it’ll lead him getting more great roles in the future he really deserves it we could tell how hard he worked . I love seeing actors play different roles and not just one set of characters.

And you would think at this point they would get it. No one watches a historical drama for all this political crap we watching for the romance, the heart thumping stuff, the smiles the kisses , the hugs, that’s why we watch it. I honestly feel like this is why this drama has failed so far to viewers it started out strong, but there comes a point where we gotta move forward so far all i’ve seen is people dying , people crying, people who you think died but come back and a male lead with a 1,000 secrets 😭 it just feels like it’s a chore to watch now I don’t wanna do it anymore. They got until episode 25 to get it together or I’m dropping. I hate when historical dramas get to political if I wanted to read politics, I would read a book.

I’m just annoyed it’s too much political crap going on about a damn man who is dead ! zero romance as yet all we got was that accidental kiss and I’m at episode 20 🤕 si Jin was better in that aspect.i get it revenge hit come on where’s the romance lmao girl look like she was sent to her death 😂 I can’t even tell if they like each other anymore.

Me too but I think it’s because Jiang Si and Yu Jin both agreed they wanted to be free and she knew that if he accepted that offer, there’s no turning back he would never be free but then again, maybe she got a plan.

Yeah I just saw that too. I added it to my watchlist . I’ll wait until it gets to at least 15 or 20 episodes before I start watching

That princess and her mama crazy 😂 best villains I’ve ever seen. It’s the fact that after all the cruel things they’ve been doing to people , the families they’ve killed ! Just to get what they want they’ve been using people like puppets and have the nerve to act all righteous like they don’t deserve anything but the best . 😂😂😂 lady you can’t blame nobody but your self that’s why your daughter died . She’s spoiled that girl rotten even when the dad was begging the mother begging the daughter to change. All she did was use people for fun and games and then kill them. Can you imagine killing 83 people, just to hide the fact that her daughter was playing around with a man that was married !!!!! For fun at that she didn’t even like the man she just did it because she was bored 😮‍💨
