Lust, Lies and confusion about Love
Between Lust, Lies and Love there is a very troubled man or three... Saying such words as ah ah... and he put his... with a calm and soothing voice as if they where reading a news paper or some kind of text book. This is the type of drama you watch either with a finger close to the mute button or far, far away from others ears. The romance in this is everything but healthy and the psychological parts are indeed psychological... There is some partial nudity and a whole lot of talk and show of people getting it off... but I* dare say that that part is mostly tastefully zoomed in or out and has a side of cold humour between the parts that should be classified as sexual assault. As you may guess this is not a drama that will make you fall in love but it may have you wondering what lust is and may make you curious about erotic books as well as ponder about stuff... So if you are prepared for all that it is a decent watch but there is a reason or ten for it being rated 18 +

When in need of fluff...
This is a sweet and fluffy story about a slightly lost teen who hides behind an a bit to bright smile and fake laughter to shelter himself from the homophobic eyes of the world... And the mature, kind, pondering type of guy who calls the lost boy out and tries to get him to relax and just be...The mature boy has had to grow up a bit to fast and seems to shoulder the responsibility of his very loving and sweet family, all things that made him to be this slightly cold yet very understanding guy. As opposed to mr lost and slightly spontanious this guy takes his time to really think things over....
These two complete opposites have lovely dynamics and great conversations. However though the lost boy has a beautiful smile he felt just a little bit to child like and over the top which kind of bothered me, he also has a lot more screen time than any one else in this show.
So basically the side characters and one of the leads are lovely but the main lead bothered me a bit to much to be able to give this a full score. That said the rest make up for it and so does this sweet fluffy story and setting making it an overall ok watch when in need of fluff

Bridget Jones + King Kong + Post-its and a Toad
This is probably what you get if you take Bridget Jones diary meets King Kong and add a toad + start her off by getting dumped in Hong Kong + a bunch of other stuff. As out female lead is fun bubbly, and seems to be attracted to playboys and men who believe that there are two types of men they type who cheat and the type who want to cheat. Making me feel bad for the men of the world as the expectations towards them seem to be so low, so low so low...But then enters the third kind, the slightly obsessed type who will not only wait for the right person then may just may build a building in their honour... Even though they do not know their name.
But who will she choose the slightly obsessed man she has a crush on even though he seems to not be able to stop desiring other women or the other obsessed guy she put in the friend-zone but who only has eyes for her?
And what about the toad? the star of this movie who gets the toad? what will happen with this toad? and can you handle a movie where the star of the show is indeed a toad?
A fun watch, the quality may not be perfect, and some of the acting/screens are kind of meeh but the characters are interesting, the lines fun and the way they use post its is inspiring. So if you are in the mood for a Hong Kong drama.

Didn't Really Knock Me but Noey is cute
I am a sucker for bad boys gone good... And this story truly had the potential to hit hust that right spot if only I wouldn’t have found the toutour a.k.a the lead annoying...As we meet Noey, a missunderstood gang leader teen, a boy who is just the sweetest guy ever whenever he is not beating someone up. A guy who also has this obsession with the temple, vitage stuff as well as a girl named Pam. Considering his obsession he may do some unapreciated gestures but he is actually pretty respectful towards the objects of his obsession and always asks may I... his acting is decent. His sister is adorable and his mom and gang are all lovely.
Then we meet toutor and his lovely friends, toutour is supposed to be a loy older than our gang leader but is portrayed as an immTure scardycat. Making that age gap completely feel irrelevant. I am sure there is something to love about this guy, I just couldn't really find it as I appreciated every single other character a lot more thus lowering the score for this drama.
That said the guy does have moments of interesting and portyrayes confusion pretty well... but I don't know who to blame either his acting, the directing and/or character writing was just off for me.
P.s the way umbrellas, shoes and flowers are used in this drama is completely outstanding!!!

Decent story but something is off
The story was actually pretty decent, slightly different than most and with interesting twists. The casting was great but I guess there was just something with the pacing, chemistry, cinematography and something that I just can my put my fingre on that did not really get. me emotionally involved or interested in the plot...I understand that that may sound like I am contradicting myself, but truth be told something here was off... which kept me from fully enjoying this show, though i liked the story including the ending. Maybe something a higher budget could cure, maybe more screen time to fully explore the twists or maybe it just wasn't as good as a story as my mind wants it to be.

This was okay...
This short film has it´s moments, it is not really bad, not really good, it has very little new to bring to the table and the guy that is not PP Krit mr Nine looks a bit like a buff Billkin knock off and feels kind of cringe. He is a bit snake like and could use a lesson or 30 in acting. PP krits character is also kind of meeh the delivery is good so I can´t really blame PP Krit.I am not sure if it is the lack of process that stands in the way of getting close and feeling stuff with the actors, or the turn of events that is just not relatable to me that keeps me from giving this a higher score. The cinematography is pretty, the art artsy and the leads look good together...
I guess to be perfectly honest it is not that interesting,... PP Krit or Not...

Friends, lovers, soulmates?
Finally a movie that tells the scamming 2nd female leads story, a bout the girl we know so well from mostly c-drams and have been taught to hate. Here she is our female lead, as we get to see what made her that way, and a rare (okay ot so rare as this has been done before), window in to the mind of the obsessed girl who is about to loose the man she has gotten used to having around, and does pretty much what she needs to hold on... let go.. hold on again?
Something that we know from the start ended up making her loose the guy for 3 years, but what wil lhappen after that, what did she actually do that was so wrong that even she knows she was wrong (the intro to the movie), well I am not going to tell you that part as that would completely spoil the movie but I will say she does indeed do something really wrong, it compleatly spinnes out of control and it is portrayed rather well
If you are looking for fluff this is not the place to find it, but you will find some longing gazes, fun characters, second hand embarrassment (but not to much) a different perspective on the lines between soulmate, friends, lovers and what not .

I wish I could see more of this tomorrow....
This is a drama that is just a little bit little bit to short, giving a feel of incomplete and as if they left a bunch of stuff out just t fit in this a little bit to limited time slot as it indeed left me wanting more...What we did get in these 12 short episodes was however a bunch of lovable characters, cohabitation, hate to love done short and a bunch of odd coincidences that make little to no sense. All surrounded by cotton candy fluff. As whatever conflicts and misunderstandings that arrive are handled quickly. There is also a slight attempts to show a bunch of issues and LGBT representation that can either be seen as punch down humour or considering context and Chinese censorship one could see this as an attempt to talk about LGBT rights without actually talking about it skilfully masked by a misunderstanding.
The couples, siblilngs and friendships in this are pure gold, fun to watch, honest, forward and oh so loveable it is hard to decide which couple I liked more. However there is some cringe here and there + a beautiful show of second hand embarrassment, acknowledged as second hand embarrassment.
This may not be a masterpiece, bring anything new to the table or have any depth whatsoever but it is an entertaining watch and a good palette cleanser between binges.
P.S. The OST is good and really sweet but just a little bit to repetitive...

Where the artist get emotional
This is the story about the meeh girl who fell in to some water with a hot guy and kept falling in to the dark depths of youthful love and loss... And the guy who started off as mr charming but quickly turned in to mr jealousy in need of anger management... As we get to hop back and forth between these twos youth and their inevitable parting with only the lighting and colors and hint of facial hair to tell us what year it is.The story itself has potential and is not that bad, the side characters range between boring and annoying with a friendship built on booz and not much more.
So this was not really for me however the fl was not stupid most of the time, had some good lines and not to bad personality, just misses some kind of spark. The male lead actually gets to cry showing us that boys can cry! I also appreciate how they show that life is not always easy and some frustration.
That said there are just a few to many things that made me either bored of feel like saying oh come on, or just shut the **** to actually enjoy this.

Disturbing yet oddly entertaining
This lesson in tabus is most probably not a drama that will make you swoon or fall in love with pretty much any of it´s characters. Even if you are like me who has a soft spot for bad-boys gone devoted (obsessed) and soft. As it is there constantly offering disturbing twists some more predictable than others yet indeed very disturbing in so many ways.It also offers a bunch of issues done wrong oh so wrong and has me questioning the writers motives for this drama.
That said I was entertained, the story did surprise me more than once as well as made me reach for that next episode button so all in all a decent watch. Just prepare yourself to feel uncomfortable. Or at least I did

Fluff ´n Grabs dipped in sugar
Not sure about the fairytale but this is one of those really easy to watch dramas with mostly lovable characters and very few annoying elements, showing us friendships, students actually studying as well as a bunch of odd gestures as well as a slight cautionary tale about being nice to the opposite sex as some people may let that slight show of kindness become an obsession. This is very much a character and fluff driven drama with a fun , playful, bickering main couple and a second couple that more or less could have stolen the show all together if not for some odd twists in their story. Still a second couple to be remembered both for the characters with in it on their own and as a couple I just loved those two characters and would gladly watch a drama with those two (and their story) as a main plot.
The fl girl best friend is fangirl done right, she has all the best lines in this drama and offers us some top of the line dances and honest interactions with teachers.
The grown ups in this drama are not the type to make me feel ashamed to be a grown up but rather lovable and fun to watch, both teachers and parents.
Our male lead has a slight obsession with pinning the female lead up against stuff as well as is fluent in wrist grab, but if you an overlook that he is actually kind of decent and even respectful towards the female lead and as far as i can recall he does not force himself on her but rather waits and checks in despite writs grabs and all. He is also the typical cold male god but it would not be a c-drama without one of those.
Our female lead is actually pretty smart, fun and kind she is human and the type who can win anybody's heart with just one smile. She is loyal to her friends and just an all round lovely character.
The story my not offer much new but the characters are lovely and so is the bingeabilaty making me up the score to an 8,5

Quirky and sweet, friendship without to much depth
Mr grumpy insecure artist tries to run away from his feelings and mr smiley. In this quirky depiction of odd humour, friendship, 10 shades of dark and grumpy vs 10 glittery rainbows with smileys without the colours in-between.I loved the friendships in this, especially between mr grumpy and his fejusy friend. I also love the way they talk about the things behind the smiles and the grumpiness without favouring one over the other. That said while there is some good dialog here and there there is not a lot of substance in this,. And you must parapere yourself for quirky, comics all round. The romance and chemistry between the could definitely have been better so do not expect yourself to be blown away or feel stuff.
That said it is an easy binge, oddly entertaining and quirky without going over board in to just stupid.

Who cares who rules the world give me more romance
Well this was long... And had something, old, something new and a whole lot of stuff that were borrowed from other dramas like it. Which is fine, but did get draggy at times. The leads and their friendships are lovely from start to finish, even the hints of love geometry are dealt with in a nice way as our female lead is just so cool. There is however quite a bit that is left unexplored and other parts that seem to be never ending. There are a lot of conspiracies and metal sounding fighting scenes that just got to be to much. So honestly I could not care lees who would actually rule the world by the end of it.
The romance has some interesting twits as well as some really sweet dynamics. To be honest I would have wanted more bickering and more screen time for the process, and more sweetness between the two. So what I got of the two was a pleasure for the ear and eye. But honestly the romance as lovely as it may be was pushed aside for a mediocre political story instead.
Do I recommend it, sure as I said the leads are lovely, and those who love this type of power-struggle dramas this is as good a pick as any other one of these.
I may write more here tomorrow but that will be all for now.

It is all lies, and (rich) people are bad
"Hell is not a space it is a situation"
This is a Survival of the cruelest, grown ups suck, men suck, politicians are evil... Eat the rich type of drama. The writers of dramaland must really hate politicians... But what else is new... As this is yes another drama with corruption, evil men and rich people acting all mean and selfish... And the girl who got caught up in it all after seizing an opportunity she may or may not live to regret. Oh and there is of another show of rich grown ups who do not take responsibility for their actions... but in a world where people lie in their own diaries that no on will read it all kind of makes sense...
For the record I personally believe that lying in ones diary is important if you do not want to get caught... as there are no safe spaces...
The evil people on here are truly as evil as evil gets, there are no pure people but there may be a friendship or two worth having, it is based on lies but other than that it is all peachy good and sweet...
They also manage to show that life is hard mostly for the poor but even for the smart and kind of warn off all from trying to do something about it as life for the rich is complicated too... However the best thing about being rich is not having toaask people for favours as you can probably pay for them instead.
The acing is really good ( but Suzy is the lead so it is kind of a given) and so is both the build up, cinematography and tension. There is no fluff or romance what so ever, nor will it make you feel stuff. So you are going to have to be in the mood for some bad *** 20 shades of Suzy. cold, survival of the cruelest to enjoy this.
Bine ability: high
Mind twist: not so much
Lovable characters: not so much
Well told story: yep
Good lines: yes

17 minutes of flirting...
Good looking guy (according to himself) goes after other looking guy, in an exchange of gazes and what I think is supposed to be conversation but is mostly someone saying uhh mmm... ok...However the hint of conversation is pretty playful and fills the air with a mist of uncertainty.
The boys are pretty and nice to watch but the already short 17 minute film is mostly shot in slow mo... so basically it could have been a 10 minute show.
However it is a pretty decent watch, rated an 8 because why not
