It's even more annoying when the FL was suspecting the ML of murder during the whole time apart while the SFL was almost constantly supporting and protecting him, only to be left in the dark about his whole plan and later gets rejected in the worst way, for me it's makes the ML just unlikable. It should be a crime to diverge so far away from the SM in the webtoon, if I was the creator I would sue. I haven't watched the new episode yet on account that it's still raw, so I can't comment on the beach scene. But judging it from last week's trailer, it looked pretty cringeworthy.

She took her money to protect Seung Cheon, seemingly how Juhee was going to give it all away to her shady former maid. Yeojin and Juhee, from what we see definingly got some bad blood going on, so it's not like she doing "bad things" to her for no reason. We won't fully know until they give us a more in dept flashback, clarifying their strained relationship.

Who did she intentionally harm? And, Seung Cheon helping everyone sounds a bit stretched. As far as I see, all of them seem to be a victim of circumstance. You can say the real catalyst that started this whole thing was the magical old lady vendor.

Right!? It's like what's the point of the romance tag if there's no true payoff. Maybe they were scared of some public outcry even though they're both adults, but I felt the ML actor probably felt uncomfortable and did some improv and adlibbing to avoid the kiss, cause the FL looked as if she was waiting for it. It's a shame cause that one factor ruined the romance element of the show for me. This definingly made me love the og kdrama even more.
