As I understood, he waited because he thought that maybe her boyfriend break up his fiancee. After he confirmed…
I think it was the bf agreeing to go on trip with the FL that made him decide to tell her as that confirmed that the bf had no intention of coming clean
i'm mesmerised by this show. the mono-probe world building is done so well in such a short time. the cinematography is also really good although i kinda want to see more of the monochrome world as YW sees it, it would make the colourful scenes all the more immersive
This is all new and totally foreign to suho. He is not used to being emotionally involved with another human being…
Yeah I'm really enjoying this character development! It looks like its all gonna kick off next week and he's gonna have a painful confrontation with all his past trauma...
I really liked the scene where SH is reflecting on his argument with JK and asks himself if he has the right to be angry.
He does, because he was hurt and humiliated by all his classmates gushing about JK and SJ being a couple and he is worried his gf is lying to him and sneaking around behind his back.
Does this give him the right to dictate who JK is friends with, where to work etc? Absolutely not. His instinctive controlling behaviour comes from lack of trust which is caused by lack of communication.
I hope they stick with this character development and he learns that if he and JK can be open and honest with each other, build up trust and respect then he won't be concerned no matter who she is friends with.
I also hope that JK starts to confide in her sister because she is really modelling good communication with her bf!
Wow ep 10 was really all about how important communication is (and what the consequences are when you fail).
JG's sister is really setting the example of how to do it right! Be up front and express your feelings - you might mess up and hurt another's feelings along the way but you address it, apologise and change your behaviour accordingly.
i love that the LGBTQ+ characters just are. like their sexuality isn't the focus of their character - this is…
I know right! I'm asexual and it was so nice to see Mae just say it in passing and it be part of her character - in a non tragic way - but not her defining characteristic :)
I've changed my mind. This has become such a good drama, very laidback and chill. Not everyone's cup of tea but…

the actor james' character is not A Gay Guy, he is an actor who happens to be gay. a lot of other dramas would have used the interaction between SG, james and his bf for some cheap (homophobic) laughs but the purpose of the couple was to further the movie filming plot, they could have been played by a straight couple but they just so happened to be gay.
Mae isn't An Asexual Woman, she is MJ's unnie and mentor who happens to be asexual.
It depends on your taste... It don't have any dramatic scenes or villians... This one has an over baring father…
Yes i think it best to approach this as a slice of life drama where its more character driven than plot driven. it sets up a lot of the familiar tropes but then does something completely unexpected which is really refreshing
I also love this comment section - so pure and sweet and warm :)
I'm watching true beauty too and that comment section is...yikes. i feel like Donald Glover from that Community meme walking in smiling with the take out and everyone is just brawling
