I think this lazy remark is about ksh taking break after shooting rwtmr. Ksh is not lazy who reshoot rwtmr in short time while going through shocking situation where drama was about to be cancelled in covid. Ksh may be stressed in a situation,where all staffs were also depending on the drama. Rwtmr is above fanwar between actresses where so many people suffered.
