Rebel princess is really beautiful drama. The way they executed it is mind blowing. ML and FL choice for this drama and their top notch acting really make it my favourite. Director gave lot of time for FL to know ML and thus she fall in love with him.
If you want to watch some light lovey-dovey drama then this is not right place. Those who are experienced in watching heavy or realistic drama then this is for you.
Many time we think main character in drama should have some extraordinary power and should get revenge all the time but in real life ordinary people don't have that kind of power.
Here FL doesn't have that much power to take revenge against prince but still with limited resources she tried to protect her family. Even she knows everything but still she failed to control many situations.
It is really beautiful drama and XF has totally nailed her character. Not many actress will take such heavy character but I'm glad she took this project.
Note - I watched this drama when it was airing so i didn't find it boring . But when you are being watched then you may feel it boring as no kiss , no suprising moments and no romantic scenes are here. So i think you should watch one episode per day. This way you won't get bored.

Her character is very neutral not adding anything to drama and not annoying. As they have planned second Season also so i believe they may have good plan for her in second season. This girl knows fighting and SWM won't. So it is good combination considering LLF won't be with him al time.
Beautiful drama. I was hesitant to watch it initially but somehow i started to watch and that was good decision i made. Each case is solved in 4-5 episodes and most of them were interesting and will make you to think who is main culprit. Although at the end of drama cases become predictable but still they and interesting.

I have not seen BTS moments and all kissing scenes so my perspective is from watching drama only. I don't know why she is behaving like this. I know she likes him and was chasing him but he never committed to her or explicitly told her, not she proposed to him. All chasing was from her. If you look at timeline then it is like 1-20 she is chasing him. 20-23/24 he is in foreign. And onward he will be back trying to get back her. That's it . Making drama for this is not justifiable.
LLF is too arrogant. He can't win single argument with anyone. I literally laugh whenever he loses argument . My favourite was when he lost argument to that abandoned post house servant Liu Shi Ba. Lol. It is very easy to pick on him.
My only concern at the end is that nun took LXM and twin child with her. So for God's sake don't make them nun and monk. Let them choose their own career.
For me this drama is Not that good , not that bad . Plot is not annoying but not also memorable. I didn't find any scene, character annoying but i also didn't find any scene that i will watch it again.
