After watching the 6 (cut) episodes I'm not sure that it was anything but some weird metaphor for Ken's state of mind. He's definitely shown to be suicidal at one point (holding the gun to his head in his mind)

I agree, I wasn't one of his fans (didn't know anything about him really). But if the police did speculate on it, then it is highly irresponsible to make statements on something like that in the absence of facts or complete investigation.

True, to some it seems young(to me as well), but we can't put our cultural values onto another culture.
The age of consent in Thailand is 15 after all. (Not sure what they were referring to about 20 y/o for BDSM though. I know Matteo said his mother required him to be 20 before doing BDSM...)

I've noticed it's a common theme in some Thai BLs that some have their own condos. The reason is usually that their parents are sending them to Bangkok for school but actually live elsewhere in(or out of) the country.
But obviously that's only for the wealthier group who have the money to do so.

So that does not really mean anything. I've seen elementary schools that use the word 'college' in the name!

I was a bit surprised about a high school BDSM theme...wasn't so much into that honestly. Too much of a chance for the younger crowd to get into something w/o really knowing what's involved and getting hurt I think. (There are a lot of things to take into account when playing with BDSM! And you have to avoid psychos!)

And yeah, the actor playing King is cute(bit too young for my taste...but still cute).

Yes, he's interesting, Burger/King were the most interesting couple I thought. It will be interesting to see more if they manage to do season 2.

In real life there isn't always a villain. So yeah, it makes it difficult to cheer for only one side.
A lot of time it's people screwing up in screwed up situations.

I just got around to watching it.
It may not be Oscar worthy, but it's not as bad as some of these reviews seem to make it out to be.
Someone mentioned lakorns, yes, lakorns are this bad (or worse actually). But this show delved into a lot of teen issues, being recorded/cyber bullying, sex(the most by far), etc...

After watching it, it may not be in my top 5 but it's by far not the worst I've ever watched. But I only saw the 'cut' version, so I don't know what was in the other scenes.

Yes, the actors were new, most of them have no other credits it seems. But they did a passable job (at least for this genre).

If it had a true fault, I think it may have been that it tried to cover too much. But it was still OK to pass the time.

They don't deserve it though. If they didn't want to do BL (And I have NO idea if it was their decision or not), then they should NOT have taken the roles.

I don't know if it was the actors, their managers, or the show creators. But it was a bad decision. Better to not do it at all if you aren't going to commit to doing it realistically (with at LEAST a real kiss).
Doing it like they did just leaves a bad feeling towards the entire thing.

Yeah, only reason to re-watch would be eye-candy, but there's a lot of eye candy in other series that don't annoy me. (So why waste time on it!)

I agree. The last 2 episodes made me FEEL (I'm not saying they were necessarily) like they were trying to copy the success of "Semantic Error" to brush fame w/o actually going through with it. (By 'it' I mean the physical intimacy of at least a kiss, I don't require a sex scene!)

Yes, it's South Korea, but we've already had several on screen gay kisses at this point in other shows.

People said there were no kiss scenes in the original source... I haven't read it so I don't know. But did they keep everything from the original source or did they change other things?

I was willing to accept the no kissing scenes in high school. (Had they stopped the series in high school I would still be annoyed, but not as much.)
But when they were in college and after they graduated???
No.... not buying that.

I would like to see him in more roles as well. But so far nothing. Maybe he isn't interested in acting anymore? Would be sad if he isn't getting offered roles.
