I am going to start this drama before that I have few doubts

1. I saw previews of last week's episodes where FL shows a divorce paper that ML prepared. Shouldn't she first investigate who sent this to her?
2. Considering FL's strong personality, wouldn't it be logical for her to find out who sent the divorce paper and why they have those details? She could predict that the villain is trying to separate them.
3. FL loves ML, but is there any specific reason why she's avoiding him?
4. Is the villain (SML) FL's ex-boyfriend or what he is? Why is he pestering her so much if she doesn't love him?
