Watching episode 16, I think its clear to the Princess that while PWX would die for her (she realized that he was a good guy who takes on peoples problems as his own in the previous episode), SRQ is concerned with his family, status and power. And with that, I think even more of the feelings she had for him in the previous life went away.

I like the role reversal with the husband being the one to openly admit his feelings first and the wife operating on logic/rationality over feelings. But I do hurt for him, having to watch his wife wrestling with her feelings for another man. 😢 😭

I think that this version of him at this point in time is sincere and wants a different ending for them, but I dont know if circumstances would allow for that. I love a "villain" who is multifaceted.
