I am really loving the show. It's interesting and so far I find the acting great. Too soon for a chemistry test though.

Yes, they used different methods to asses the "evidence". They found outright made up stuff, maliciously edited screenshots, etc. Afaik they said nothing they looked at or researched found him to having dated her as a minor

At the supposed timeframe age of consent was 13. (it has since been raised to 16). It has not been proven in court they dated when she was a minor. Much (if not all) "evidence" was altered or manufactured (so false). As for a DUI they judge men just as harshly (it does vary sometimes but even guys lose their careers (idol/actors)).

Censored? Seems like if you had your way this wouldn't be shown like this. The very meaning of censored. Anyway, Some dramas may influence real life but I doubt any woman with a lick of sense would think she's not being over the top. There's a reason for the word saesang. Because some crazy women/men are well kind of crazy. No one admires a saesang other than maybe another saesang. But to point not every show brainwashes the audience some are just entertainment. They may hold up something as good or bad but that doesn't mean you'll buy into it.. As for being censored .. it's for people to control the narrative of course or to "protect minds" (e.g. adult content). In the end one can say everything you see and experience in life brainwashes you. As a reasoning adult you can make decisions to be or not be something/somebody. As for this drama I imagine it will wind up showing that she's star struck but in the end she falls in love with a regular person (if you can call a CEO regular)... but after all it's a drama.

hmm how is it going to "ruin" so many women in SK? Do you think women in SK don't realize this is a drama? Not only that the show starts with how the girl is professionally competent but is held down in her job (reality) and decides she wants to do something else that isn't so boring and restrictive. I do agree she is acting a little too immature for my tastes but I imagine like most drama's she'll get over that soon. Still she's not quite saesang level here but still starstruck (but too point - not all saesangs are teenagers either IRL)

You are talking nonsense whether someone can afford to "buy" a gift was not the point. There are many that can afford to but don't because they are thoughtless or just don't care. And regardless of if the person is rich or not doesn't mean you can be an unappreciative a**hat if given a gift. Have you never heard the saying - It's the thought that counts. It shouldn't matter rich or poor, bought gift or homemade gift, or even just well wishes and no gift - one should just appreciate that someone recognized them in some manner. No one owes you anything so appreciate if they do something for you , don't be dismissive cause "they are rich" ... Otherwise you just come across as as a jealous bitter ol' man (or woman).

The US courts just granted discovery for a defamation lawsuit for a SK idol/actor (suit against a US based person). So, it can be argued successfully in the US courts. And I imagine that case will set some precedence to be used in other cases.

I get your point about her being rich but you are missing the point is some rich people don't give a thought to others unless they are in their upper circle. If it was so common, then the young actor wouldn't have probably mentioned it. The fact that she thought about giving him something at all speaks that she is a least thoughtful towards others even if it "doesn't cost her much". (I guess you haven't met any miserly or thoughtless rich people who ignore the "peasants").

It's easy enough to spoof a phone number or to hack her phone so any number says "dad". (or they could have his old phone). but yea it kind of made it seem like her maybe having a drunken dream. guess we'll have to wait til tomorrow.
