Watching this in 2024 surprised me that it is a series from 2021. It is still watchable even after years. Taiwanese BL are really top notch when it comes to story flow and vibe. Too bad it's way too short. Only congested 6 episodes with 2 seasons. 🥹 I really hope Thailand will pick this up and create more episodes for it. 🫶🫶🫶
For all of you saying Tong is an ahole, I really think that most of actors are conceited. I don't think there are top actors who are not toxic in nature. The industry teaches you that. It's nice that for once they make characters like this. It's not like we are all born genuinely good. He is a major gray character so I'm fine with him.
I love this actually but I feel like the ending is a bit rushed. I was also hoping that they'll prolong the rich boy and poor boy narrative. It was such an interesting part. Also I hope that they give more to the story of Chimmon and Perth good thing they made a series for them.
This is really good. I was surprised that not all of the episodes reached 1m views. Like what are you all doing and not giving this a try. It is fast paced and I really love the fact that I watched this because of the story and not for the ship! You really need to watch this!
Do not watch this if you don't have much time. This is like that one series where you don't have anything to do so you'll just watch. Up until the last episode all I did was skip a lot of parts. I was hoping it will have a good conclusion but boy even the ending sucks.
On another note, I cant blame Kanako entirely. If parents know how to properly raise their child they wouldn't be lured into her world. I strongly believe that even being surrounded by rotten people if you are whole as a person you wouldn't get swayed. Something a lot of parents don't understand or do. She is a type of person that could sense weak minded people and she build herself as the epitome of envy. All the people who wants her, wants to be like her, or just wants to love her are easily swayed because she knows what they want to hear and what they want to see. It is something she learned the hard way. Everything she is giving them are exactly what she wants to be given that's why she is convincing and she is enticing.
I'm not defending her actions or romanticizing her it's just that everyone is at fault at some point.
Just a bummer that Captain Jo died. I kinda want him to live and carry on with that feeling of lost and what now?
And please stop spitting on Han Hyo Joo, she did a great job and she isn't portraying a narcotic feme fatale but more on a lunatic please see me psycho
I agree that this is kind of unneeded but I actually enjoyed the movie. Up until the end it plagues your mind with the question of what is really right and wrong.
