I feel like the ending was definitely sad but I think it was for the best. Although I would want it to have continued (as a second season maybe or special) which focuses on their friendship (bromance) more than a romance line, FL etc. They somehow could be reborn or traveled to some other place?? IDK, but I am still content with the ending, still remembering it after so long.
