I don't know looking at how the drama plot varies from the novels in case of most dramas I would guess they might not strictly follow the novel so maybe they would go for transmigration or maybe not they'll keep her alive maybe injured or something similar.

At first I was excited because it was a drama of Xiao Zhan and as I am watching every bit of it is addicting starting from how the story is flowing to the bits where the ml shows his intelligence and turns tide on his side. And lot of questions like who is the masked man, what was the object and how did lead's father escape from those dead zombie looking soldiers, why did his master set himself ablaze I mean it's very cruel and the biggest question why?
