Yeah. I feel like Black is generally brusque to all people, except White and Gene. The way he talks, his body language and his eyes are gentler and sweeter with those two. This just shows that White & Gene are the two he loved the most.

Agree. Of course Yi loves Diao, otherwise he wouldn't get engage with him. NOBODY can force Yi into an engagement and keep him engaged for years unless he's willing 😁.
What I mean by more business-related compare to Lian & Keau's engagement is the basis/nature of their engagement.
Although business did play a part in why Lian & Keua's got engaged, but the basis is the extremely good relationship between the Keeratis & Wangs even before Lian & Keua were born. Whereas Yi actually disliked Diao's family. If my memory serves me right, in the Cutie Pie novel, he even wonders how the hell an angel like Diao can come out from that family.

I wish I didn't start to watch this before it finishes airing. My original plan is to binge-watch this series. But I caved. And now I'm stuck at ep 6. The wait is killing me. T_T

My advice for everybody else who hasn't gone down the rabbit hole: Just stand under the tree beside the hole and stare at the surrounding scenery, do light exercises or whatever. Just be patient and wait until the hole is deep enough for you to jump in.

Crime, parallel universe, sci-fi, romance. The synopsis seems interesting. I hope the execution is good too. At least I hope they don't make a mess out of the whole thing.
