If anyone find good english subs let me know!(HiTv is an app and I'm on PC)
you're not missing out on anything from HiTV, they're using the same awful subtitles as that blogspot website everyone keeps sharing in the comments πͺπͺ I really want to watch it too but haven't found it in good subtitles anywhere
the ending was so stupid, he got an assassination attempt during their wedding and even though the stabs weren't…
ahh thank you for letting me know!! I think I initially turned it on, but then I went to edit my comment bc there were typos and upon editing I must've forgot to turn the spoiler tag on π π it should be on now though!
π€£ It's not a BE it IS a... "ummm sure..." ending though for a "HE."
what does BE and HE stand for? ππ I feel left out I just finished the show like like 30 minutes ago and ranted in the comments about the ending and so far you're the only other person I've found who has also finished itπ€£ will keep looking
idk what the writers were thinking for the last episode... ending was so stupid π₯²π₯² I loved the characters…
the ending was so stupid, he got an assassination attempt during their wedding and even though the stabs weren't vital, there was poison on the swords, after a while they get the antidote and hes given it, he coughs up blood after taking the antidote which she thinks means the antidote isnt working so she left him all of a sudden after everything they went through and even divorced him because suddenly she believed that she's bad luck and that's why the antidote didn't work. but it did work, he just coughed up the bad blood, but she didn't know it and then she disappeared for 3 years (we only know this because Xiao lv was writing a letter for her and this is what he wrote) and they met again in the streets of fuyu coincidentally and the episode ends with them looking at each other and smiling while he has tears in his eyes,, and also while she was in fuyu the day they reunited she thought she saw him and ran up to him and it was a different guy. like youre telling me she left for 3 years because she thought shes bad luck to him but she sees someone she thinks is him so she runs up to that person to greet him?? makes no sense. And how was he happy to see her, she left while he was still unconscious and sick and he woke up to her gone and having divorced him,, then she was gone for 3 years.. ANYONE ELSE WOULD BE ENRAGED! THATS IT, THATS ALL WE GOT! Unexpected MARRIAGE and you literally never actually see them living their life as a married couple, like wtf was this??? I'm so mad π if the writers wanted to do this stupid crap, they should've added one more episode where we can see them actually living their life as a married couple
idk what the writers were thinking for the last episode... ending was so stupid π₯²π₯² I loved the characters and the mains chemistry but the ending???? if they wanted to do what they did they should've at least added one more ep,, will reply more with kind of spoiler
"I also forgot how much older dramas loved the "he was completely smitten with another girl before falling for…
yeah the reason I mentioned those specific scenarios is because that's the one this show has, you're looking into this way too deeply! And implying I'm just fine with second male leads is so funny because if anything, I usually prefer second female lead characters in dramas these days. Everything you're quoting that I said was specific to this drama. And when I said they moved on from this trope. that's because I don't see it in the dramas IM watching. If they're doing the trope where the girl is completely in love with another guy before the ML trope in dramas these days, then I haven't really seen much of it in the dramas I'VE watched. I don't know why you're so pressed about this?? I can like whatever tropes I like and dislike what I dislike. If you like something that I dislike, that's okay! I'm not forcing anyone to share my opinions lol.

where did I say that? lol I don't like the trope where they're completely in love w someone else first at all, whether it's the ML or FL. I just don't really watch dramas with that trope π€·π½ββοΈ
I also forgot how much older dramas loved the "he was completely smitten with another girl before falling for the main girl" lol, so glad they moved on from that tropeπ€²πΌ
the show was actually not thay bad, I watched it in one sitting, but I do think that the post credits scene on the last episode was so unnecessary. this show doesn't need a season 2 at all. unless season 2 focuses more on Kang Ha, I swear I felt like I barely saw him considering he's the main male lead.
