However, what is a fact is that he was negligent and for that he should have been jailed, but we see that the judge is corrupt and suspended his sentence. Yes it's infuriating but this happens everyday in real life.Powerful and influential people get let off with a slap on the wrist or are not even prosecuted .

We really don't know how it exactly happened, but he was negligent in not driving to the hospital immediately and leaving the child on the road.
