how come junwan suddenly falls in love with iksun in season 1 ?He was such a womanizer according to plot.He is not a monogamist to stay in love with that stupid iksun at the age of 42??
the ratings are decreasing on wikipedia after ep 8 i feel they have unnecessarily dragged the songhwa and ikjun plot.I mean if you are a human you can't be this much neutral about your love life ikjun.They should have just spice up his story by introducing a girl.
What they have done with junwan -iksun story...Horrible really cliched.I think they should cut her off and introduce someone new with him.The breakup was utterly useless.Jang gyeol story took 3 episodes to come forward while everything happens to jaehak in a half episode only.
Why his wife needs to suffer from cancer at the same time? They haven't even shown where songhwa lives and what about her parents.Same with junwan --they could have definitely added comic element to it.

And the two neurosurgeons dating is such a big fill up .I mean it is not required at all. Every thing is messing up and this rate I will not watch season 3. Also how come they save each and every patient .I mean there aren't much casualties as well.How come all the ailments are cured by surgery ???

GOM GOM couple and winter - garden situation is so different like remember when gyeoul was admitted due to cramp .How much jeongwon was hesitating to meet her But look at seokyeong he openly goes to see her .So caring .I thing teire story line is very well progressing
