Haven’t watched many modern sci-fi dramas, but I’m really enjoying this one. Watching on viki rn, but might have to resubscribe to youku to catch up. Anyone have similar drama recommendations?

Even though I knew his confession was going to flop, I was kicking my feet as he ran back to her! Sooo cute that he finally realized his feelings. I continue to laugh so much during this drama

I love a romantic firefly scene. All the side story couples are so sweet and fun. It was nice to see other sides of the FL’s character the last couple of episodes. Her face when the ML tried to give her sweets in the carriage HAH- not having it 😂. Idk why people are coming for the FL, she is funny and genuine and stands by her friends, family, and principles. She has a strong grasp of the dynamics within the world she lives in and is smart about it. She figured out the smuggling just from seeing the jewelry.

Yeah I agree she suspects it was him who kidnapped her. I didn’t interpret his look in the carriage as concern for her, I thought it was more concern for getting caught, but I can see what you mean!

Hmm not sure about the latest episodes released on IQIYI. The concubine misunderstanding seemed unnecessary/boring and the past between the FL and minister Liu felt forced and came out of nowhere. There weren’t any hints there was more to his feelings for her in their past interactions. Still hopeful I’ll continue to enjoy the drama, but hope it stays interesting

Between this and The Prisoner of Beauty these MLs in their jealous era have me cackling 😂😂😂

I just started this series, but I wanted to rewatch the 1st episode on iQIYI and after the intro the episode is totally different from what I just watched. Before it started with Ranran cooking, but now it’s a totally different scene, in a cemetery am I crazy or is the app glitching?

Just finished episode 27 and have to gush- this drama is so good! The world building and fantasy elements are stunning and the storyline gets more and more interesting. Love XXC and MXL, and can’t wait to see more of ZM. Seriously so hooked on this drama lol
