This is 100/10. I started it yesterday finished it today. Haven't been this excited watching drama in a long while.
I don't know how this miss my radar in 2022. But I'm glad I came across this yesterday. The satisfaction the ending gave me is just!!!

I don't think the problem is li Qin, I think it's just the way her character is written that makes it uninteresting

Romance is the least interesting part in this drama.
I think one of the charming point is the characters. Not just the main protagonist but the supporting characters are very very interesting. And the unexpected plot at every turn. I watched this long ago so I have forgotten some parts but I remember enjoying this alot when it was airing

Was so excited about this after seeing the poster then I saw MANGO!! :|

The thing is we as a viewer sees everything so we know he's bad news for her. But she herself doesn't see that. He's been texting her since day 1, buying her gift saying all right things. So of course to her he seems sincere. But yeah I hope she will be more cautious and more careful of her heart.

No matter how annoying and irritating the mother is I doubt the drama would be as interesting to watch without her. I'm not justifying her action she's just embarrassing, from her behavior to her values to her thought process but being from Eastern side of the earth I have come across people like her. The actress He Saifei herself is doing a really good job

I knew this exist and it was on my plan to watch list. I was neutral about the casting, Initially I thought it was gonna be another xianxia with xianxia tropes, something like immortal samsara but I still wanted to check it out before judging and I'm glad I did. And now I'm fan of the entire cast even the side characters. But mostly impressed by CXX. I knew he was good but this time he really impressed me. And I haven't been this satisfied while watching a xianxia drama before. Because even the best one tend to get boring somewhere in the middle. But this is honestly so good. Kind of sad it's ending already. I wouldn't mind another five or ten episodes
