Went back to watching more Korean dramas (I had watched more Thai dramas in 2022), less obsessed in general, did not give any 10/10 rating 7. To watch more Chinese dramas, to drop dramas when they bore me, to continue watching fewer dramas than the previous year
i’m very disappointed that they didn’t show the FL getting the character development she desperately needed and instead gave us a time skip to a happy ending. the happy ending felt forced and unrealistic, which was not in-line at all with everything else in the drama. i would’ve much preferred if they had stayed broken up and the FL went on the trip by herself…
overall, i preferred this to the first soundtrack; the second chance romance trope and the leads’ chemistry really sold me at first. but the ending will have to make me rate it down /:
8/10! beginning was nice and ending was draggy but overall a pleasant watch. and what was even more pleasant were youngdae’s visuals lol the man may not be a good actor but at least he has a pretty face!

his hostility is probably due to his distrust in humans in general and also i think he simply doesn't want her to approach him to protect her as he is a monster
