watching ajtl, my first drama of his! his acting feels a bit awkward to me but too early to comment cause im only on ep 10 π₯² anyways im just glad im finally watching one of his dramas!
While I am here, I would like to make some comments with regard to two of annoyingly repetitive complaints about…
the way people put ml's love for her in such a negative way makes me so sad. hes in love and he wants to love and support the one he loves in more expressive ways. whats so bad about it? being a "simp" is not a bad thing to me. but i know people mean it as an insult so why be disrespectful? i cant seem to find a reasoning behind this hate, i mean, it cant simply be their own insecurities?? do they want people to not be in love in romcom or even reality....? maybe the world has become too negative that these acts don't seem real to people.
what sides of fl shows? that she is to weak to even rejected a man besides simp ml lol , or that she let him force…
maybe you havent watched till ep 6 because there are no scenes where she is intentionally making ml jealous. if ml is jealous, thats his personal thing. fl and ml are both quite true to their characters (maybe the repetitive scenes arent repetitive enough for people to understand lmfao)

i like to see the positives and understand characters. i think fl was too stressed out to even think or care about making decisions towards that guy until he tested her limits where she had to face the situation. i have seen people like her irl and it doesnt make them weak. theyre too occupied and didnt even see him as a priority to fix/deal with until he was somebody she literally had to work with and thus setting boundaries in ep 6
seo siwon is the best omg. so sweet :(( i literally cried and laughed with him. soojins role here does her so much more justice than any of her previous roles. shes so cute and cool and pretty.
mijin x siwon is a story id devour goodness. their story's tropes are so perfect?? come on i wish we could their side story like no gain no love second couple is getting T^T
after ep 6, im still standing by my point that im glad there is (sort of a) sml than a sfl. sfl would add nothing to the table bc we know juwons character hes not gonna budge. it'd be fillers. our sml has a slight impact bc we get to see more sides of fl (that shes not just a stoic person). also i liked sml's background.
eh despite the critics, i somehow binged 5 eps at a go. it was quite enjoyable. im sad but also relieved at the same time that its a 10 episode long drama. i want them to explore more of the family dynamic thoughh. and omggggg the songs are just so good :')))<3
