No, I'm not blind. I'm totally aware and carefully watching this drama. I just feel like if you're familiar with wuxia dramas esp older ones, this one is actually considered good. But if you're disagree or this one doesn't suit your taste it's ok though. You can just drop this and watch other drama that suits you, nobody's forcing u though.

I don't understand the complaints about editing and transition, I mean where's the flaw? This one has a very good editing and cinematography imo, compared to a lot of dramas this one has a rather smoother edits and vfx. Also, story is very interesting. Yes, character introductions can seem a little confusing, but this is so typical wuxia dramas with a lot of diff characters from diff sects involved, also intertwining diff plots can make it even more complex, but this one's plot is rather more organized and easy to follow. I'm in 5th eps and already hooked!

currently on eps 3 and saw that one scene where the camera pans in into that one lantern with the drama title on it. what a nice detailed touch!

I know there's censorship issue about world's transmigrating drama, but oh I don't feel so good with that ending. They don't even give a slightest clue that zhang san is the one who bought the license of the book and put some work on it so that cuihua will find the book and actually transmigrating into it. I feel so robbed 😭

The novel is already my favorite, and now so glad that I have another comfort drama to-go to. I already miss them sm. My silly hotpot couple 🥹

yes, different time zones make it seems confusing, but the og official airing time already has a confusing schedule. they were regularly aired at 18pm CST till yesterday, now it changed back to 12pm CST. it has 1 eps for today, 2 eps for tomorrow, and 1 eps for the day after. what an odd strategy to release a drama 😂

yes! I just checked the airing schedule calendar, and it's back to released at 12 pm China Time. I was just casually checking on my app, I thought I was tripping 😂
