Jian and Ahjung are so unlikeable I couldn't finish ep 5. now I know not everyone is perfect. even if I turn off my brain and watch it just for their romcome i just can't. Ahjung is not in love w him yet so why is she entertaining him without any boundaries. that scene where she tells Jian to admit that "she won't fall for somebody else" is totally nuts. why does he need to say it!? she should tell him that fgs. jian is so selfish, I just can't root for him at all. what brother is hellbent on breaking up a supposedly loving relationship of their own bro. now he doesn't know they are pretending, for all he knows they are very much in love and really want to get married, so from his pov it's so selfish to break them up and gross to try to seduce ajung. shame on you writernim. and the fact that poor dohan is getting smushed in bw these selfish and stupid ppl really pisses me off. everyone will eventually find out he is gay and it will be revealed in the worst possible way. right now I can't w these 2 , so dropping it.

hyped up dramas bring 2 extremist groups to comments sections. one side being stans of the lead actors, the other side being blind haters. one trying to outdo the other. and this deprives the rational viewers of any sensible discussion. nowadays I pray that my fav actors dramas dont get hyped. its better to under promise and over deliver rather than the other way around.

Expectations are through the roof! Hope it doesnt disppoint.

Suho had fooled me completely! till the last 10 mins, I was on suho's side lol. I was like why is she giving him such a hard time. the actor has portrayed an innocent, broken yet sincere husband part so well. I totally convinced myself suho is never gonna be a cheater. but woow! no other drama has kept a cheating husband under wraps for so long.

yeah, suho's defo not the kingpin of villain. it'll be some powerful politician. suho is probably just a cheating hubby, a puppet in the hands of these rich ppl desiring power.

its surely yuri he's cheating w. but yeah, I dont get his sincerity towards soohyun! if he was cheating and then his son died, then he could've used it as an excuse to leave her but he's still w her, why?

I think he only knows about suho's affair. the door was defo left open by the woman (most probably yuri)

Sadly It'll be Yuri. She's always sus and recently returned from the states too. but I'm hating that this is becoming a trope nowadays, the bestie cheating with the bf/hubby. and I hope the photographer doesn't go full psycho on her, atleast she is a better human than his dad, who didn't even serve his prison sentence. I dont get Suho at all, he doesn't wanna leave her yet he's cheating on her for probably a decade. He's perfectly playing the role of a good loving hubby, and maybe using soohyun to advance his career now.

These time skips have made it harder to understand the context tbh. no wonder I feel disconnected from the characters journey sometimes.

it comes down to poorly written characters. Taeoh is comparatively better written than the other 2 coz he is carrying the drama rn, but honestly we still dont know whehter he is truly loyal to inha. even when he keeps saying 'my only goal in life is to make you chairman' I cant help but doubt him. Now we dont know whether is intentional or bad writing on their part. On a side note, is it just me or LJW's walk is really weird in this drama, I mean he walks like he is suddenly thrust into this powerful position of being the right hand man to joongmo, but they've been at it for 10 yrs, he should be prepared & walk more confidently now, just comes across very rigid and unnatural. Inha is like a lost puppy tbh, even he aint sure taeoh wont betray him. hyewon is the most badly written character imo, I dont feel anything for her(now this could be suzu's acting or the way its written we dont know) but I loved it when taeoh berates her for not working for whatever she wants to get, its like she is just banking on inha. i hope they show their backstories more and why we shuld care or root for these ppl. It would've been better if they directed it linearly rather than flashbacks and timeskips, some pivotal scenes of their lives in linear fashion would've worked better for this script.

On a side note, Moon Ga Young would've aced Hyewon.

Not a stan of Suzu, but its too much guys. we are 4 eps in and still hungup over her acting. Can we plz talk about the plot!!
I really hope taeoh doesn't betray inha at the end, coz however much he says 'making you chairman is the only goal in my life' I just cant believe he has no ulterior motive. Overall I feel bad for Inha and Heejo, the 2 rich kids who only want someone to love them, but are being used by hyewon and taeoh.

I cant wait for this ship to sail but I really hope she grows out of her pathetic desperate self coz rn taeho needs someone who can protect him when the time comes rather than the other way around.

Yeah, I hate seeing her behave desperate like that man! I do want them to fall in love with each other but not at all like this. I hope Heejo grows out of her pathetic self and becomes someone who is not a liability for Taeoh but an asset. rn he doesn't need another person 'he' has to protect on his team, but rather someone who can protect him when time comes. I want this ship to sail but it's so hard to watch their scenes :/

I really hope Heejoo stops acting so desperately now. I thought she'd change after she grows up but no, still behaving pathetically. Grow up girl! Get in the game and gain some power b4 you profess your love to Taeoh.

what I'm more concerned about is others judging them like that. ik it wont be like that, it'll probably be smthg based on healing each other and compassion and hard to explain to others, and thats why ppl might point fingers at them I'm afraid. I hope that arc is not too painful to watch.

at that moment when he left showing off his money and power infront of her, it made perfect sense for a distraught mom who just lost her son to make the killer go through the same pain her son felt.

So we did see the clip on the Ipad, but I'm not sure what it means. The clip shows the door was locked and kimjoon says suho shouldn't let his wife find out about this, but why!? she already knows tho. was the full clip something else? I was waiting for a side chick to leave through that door tbh lol. Suho still looks shady af. hope he is not a cheater. smthg is defo shady in here. loving it so far.

I didn't expect it to be so good. Good acting and well written plot. Surprising coz I thought it would be run of the mill kinda drama.

can't wait to see Woo Seok in a positive role! The pairing seems promising. Hye Yoon's a very good actress and the writer also has some great dramas under her belt. wishing the best for this team!
