ep 31... everyone has different opinions...in my opinion both were somewhat wrong...ji xing - 1. she shouldn't have blindly trusted anyone love is love n business is business it's obvio people put business interests first.2. communication with Han ting after Zheng di confronted her was a must but she just got emotional n took a wrong step.3. she shouldn't have lost her rationality n given shares to chang he knowing he was han ting's competitor she could hv chosen someone else(actual neutral third party instead of a kind of revenge)...she basically tried to do the same as Han ting but hers was worse coz it would directly affect Han ting...basically all her decisions were emotion driven...
Han ting -
1. hiding such a big thing from ji xing...even XYX who is expert at hiding things told HT to come clean with ji xing... getting to know the truth from Zheng di was worst...2. when he got to know about ji xing's deal with chang he he avoided communicating with her...he knew that jx already knew about hanhai from a third party but instead of going n explaining he chose to avoid...3. he acquired 50%+ shares of jx's hardwork...I know xingchen wouldn't hv been successful if not for his investment but still it doesn't give him the right to just take away someone's hardwork from them...I agree with jx xingchen belongs to her not Han ting...I guess for any startup company reluctantly n unknowingly losing more than half of its shares is extremely disheartening...4. deciding a company's future without even letting the founders know...he basically tried to plan everything for his interest but never thought of what impact it would hv on xingchen's actual owners furthermore he didn't even tell them it was gonna happen...basically he took all decisions for business interests n didn't consider anything else...

they kind of messed up the ending... the starting was so good...but since mid they didn't have any story...villain didn't have a proper motive, i didn't feel the chemistry, they literally showed more SRQ x LR moments than PWX x LR... to think zhang ling he n Zhao Jin mai had strong chemistry in their other dramas SOKP n AaSoL it's not their fault but the makers did them dirty... I kind of agree that they made PWX n SRQ on equal footing...not like ML n SML ... n what ML was extra generous? like u guys talk I will wait outside, I will take u to meet 2ML... seriously? moreover LR's reaction with srq when she knew he killed her was normal but with li Chuan it was intense...
