Title The King's Affection Spoiler
Well there should be. But hasn't still appeared. First 2 episodes revolved around their childhood
Thanks. If there's a second ML, I think I'll drop the drama

I really dislike her character so much
Same. And I wish Yu-Mi would just communicate with Woong that his friendship with Sae-Yi makes her uncomfortable. They both could talk together and establish some ground rules.

Title Yumi's Cells Spoiler
Sae-Yi is a huge asshole. She had so many years to confess to Woong. And it seems like at one point he used to like her too. But she simply kept him arm's length not wanting to date him or let him go. She's being real catty with Yu-Mi and Woong is pretty dense too. He should make it clear to Sae-Yi that he has no feelings for her. Any woman deserves better than a boyfriend who is dense enough to keep a friend whom he knows has feelings for him.

I don't think Do Hyuk was annoying this episode tho? NaBi didn't straight up reject him. She just said she wasn't…
How is telling someone they're not ready for a relationship not an explicit rejection? Sure she didn't reply when he said "I won't give up unless you say you'll never like me" but that was because she was confused and in a very vulnerable place. Tbh, DH knew her state of mind. She literally broke down in front of him less than 12 hrs ago and the next day he tells her he won't give up. I think what she needed there was some space. And DH is praised as a good boy so he should've left her alone. And after that she didn't reject his visits and his meals because obviously who would want to lose a good friend? And Nabi already feels pathetic. Rejecting DH's advances would make her feel even more miserable since she regards him very highly as a friend.

Both boys are very selfish and only care about their feelings for Nabi. They both need to gtfo of her life. I hope she gets into some other foreign exchange program and leaves solo. That's the only good ending we can hope for.

Title Nevertheless, Spoiler
Bruh at this point all of them should just be single. Do Hyeok was super annoying in this episode. I appreciate Nabi for rejecting him straight away instead of playing with his feelings but DH needs to take the damn hint and leave her alone. Idk if PJE will ever become sincere. It feels like he's gonna ditch Nabi and fly to US. Bit-Na is also annoying. Everyone in the show is annoying at this point. Rooting for the cute roommates couple and Sol-Jiwan.

Title Nevertheless, Spoiler
I think everyone hates NaBi for not choosing DH but I think we should for a sec take DH out of the picture and think of some random guy doing the same gestures as DH. Our love for DH makes us hate Nabi but really, irl someone like DH would come off as hella clingy. He's doing all these romantic gestures for a girl he met again after 10 LONG YEARS and a girl whom he doesn't even know if she's interested in him. He doesn't know adult Nabi. All he knows is his childhood friend that he's still obsessed about. It honestly feels like DH doesn't like NaBi for who he is, rather he likes his image of NaBi in his mind which is far from the real nabi. He barely takes ANY time at all to actually get to know Nabi. In all of his scenes with Nabi, he's spending all his time and effort trying to serenade her. He has no idea who she actually is and he comes off as desperate. For this reason, I don't think potato boi is a good match for her. He needs to get out of his own head and realise he just loves love and not NaBi.

Honestly, I like DH, but he is doing way too much for someone he isn't in a relationship with. It isn't certain…
Totally agree with you!

Title Nevertheless, Spoiler
I'm sorry but I really don't see the spark between Nabi and Dohyuk. He's very cute and likes her a lot, but clearly, Jeo-Eon is the one on her mind and I don't think she can move on from him and be with DoHyuk in the remaining 5 eps. There is no tension or chemistry between them and their interactions seem very friendly and nothing more. And it does look like JE actually likes Nabi and he might change. I'd be okay with Nabi ending up alone if JE remains a dick to the end, but if he changes and matures, I'd like for Nabi to end up with him. And I can't tolerate another drama where Song Kang ends up alone :(

Excuse my long rant.

I really did not like GY and WJ's relationship. In what world are they a healthy non-toxic couple? GY is a classic doormat who lets WJ, her friends, the show producers, that stupid fan of WJ, and everyone else treat her like shit. She lost her job and got a lot of hate because of WJ. WJ always knew that as an idol, he could tell the show producers to run the show the way he wanted. They only showed his good side and he is the definition of two-faced. But once they started dating, shouldn't he have stood up for her in front of the producers and ask them to stop editing to make her look malicious? Instead, all he did was tell her "Hey don't read the comments uwuu"......... ?????????

In the last few eps, he just leaves her and goes off abroad and cuts off all contact while she's suffering here.....wtf?? That's not called giving space. It's not a sign of a healthy relationship. That's abandoning someone when things get hard.

Despite WJ's arrogance and pretentiousness, it's easier to dislike GY because my god was she dumb. She's introduced to us as a reporter, a feisty one at that, but throughout the series, she just goes along with stuff?? She has no agency and never once gives people back the shit they gave her. She faces so much hardship but it's all played for laughs. All her problems are dismissed. Whenever she goes through some problem, she cries for around 2 mins, and then *voila*, its time to be naive and dumb and happy again. Like how does that work?????

And GY's friends are so weird to me. Like her one friend at the beginning is super eager to throw GY out of her house. She's not supportive in the slightest. And they side with WJ over GY......the guy who caused all her problems. Nice.

And the second leads especially IH are so fricking annoying.

WJ's MANAGER is the ONLY good thing about this show.

AMEN. Every comment talking bout how their relationship was so cute and I'm like ...."am i the only one who couldn't disagree more?" God Who Joon was so arrogant and pretentious, it was so hard to watch and GY was a Grade A doormat.

Title SKY Castle Spoiler
I really liked this drama. Solid 8/10. One qualm I had with the plot was how "angelic" the kids were and how corrupt the adults were. I feel it would've been more accurate if all the kids were competitive and ambitious like Ye-Seo. Considering that all of these kids have rich parents and go to a prestigious and affluent high school, it is likely that they also hold the same values as their parents since that is the environment they grew up in. They are the ones who are at an advantage. But somehow, they all seem to like Hye-Na and her ideas of overthrowing the elite class. I'm not saying she's wrong but its hard to believe that rich kids who benefit from the system would support someone like Hye-Na.
Also, how did Hye-Na get to go to that school? She was being paid by the lady who made Hye-Na take her son's assessment but I assumed that was only in their high school years. How did she pay the school fees before?
And although I feel for Hye-Na and her circumstances, it was so hard not to hate her. She had no right to ruin others' families and not to mention, she played with U-Ju's feelings to stir ye-seo. That was very repulsive.
The actress who played the coach did an excellent job and though she's the villain, I find her fascinating.

I just started watching now. But i wanna know who are the good people to the viewers in this drama. Just wanna…
I personally like Han Seo Jin and Ye Seo the most. They were really narrow-minded and selfish, yes, but they didn't butt into other people's businesses like Uju's family. His mom was the most pretentious, self-righteous person lol. Seo Jin just didn't want her daughters to grow up under difficult circumstances like she did and Ye Seo was just a cute little angel who only cared about getting into SNU

Sorry guys but i love it. How i missed the good old days of kdramas. From Coffee prince to Full house..two people…
I really like the enemies to friends to lovers trope too and coffee prince was one of favs. But this drama really drives me up a wall. There's too much emotional abuse and gaslighting towards GY and for some reason her falling for WJ feels like its some form of stockholm syndrome to me. Like she lost her job because of him, got kicked out of her placed, got harassed by his fans, and then she has no one to turn to but him. He gave her a place to stay, got her food and shoes, stood up for her once in front of her boss, and these are the things the drama shows us as the reasons she warms up to him. But what irks me is that GY is not in a healthy and stable mindspace rn. She's very vulnerable (and due to WJ mostly) and it is at this time that she falls for him. So it doesn't seem like a very healthy relationship to me. And I also don't the power dynamic between GY and WJ.

I’ve made comments already about this drama, where I felt this was abusive towards women. First to let this…
I totally agree with you and Man Yao. IRL, anyone in GYs place would've just left the show and probably even sued the producers for defamation. The female characters are so badly written and WJ is straight-up annoying with his God complex. He has been cute in eps 9 and 10 but that can barely discount his shitty behaviour in the other eps.

He can't do that because then the fans will rally even more by saying that anti-fan has a sway with him. They'll…
Ya that makes sense but idk I still can't get by how he didn't save her when the fans attacked her in ep8, and now this. The show definitely gets more views by making her look bad but I wish he'd atleast be concerned. Atleast from now on, he should dictate terms to the show producers now that they're dating. Otherwise I don't see the point of them dating.
