Which sageuk did you Finish? Just searching For Something good, but Not Sure what to watch. I wanted to give moonshine…
agree, i like that there's so many dynamics of character types here, and that it isn't just a straight political drama! (tbh i'm kind of tired of palace politics rn so this is perfect!)
i really like this as it's not too serious, entertaining, and just what i need rn! plus sml is soooo amusing to watch (i think his character is interesting here! i like that he's rebellious and playful~) if anyone is on the fence i would say to check it out IF you're not looking for something serious, and want something easy to watch!
Is nobody talking about Jung Hanna's recklessness? I've watched her right from the first episode and it seems…
honestly, the woman is just one-track minded and so reckless.. it's so ridiculous and annoying to watch. then again most of the government officials and agents are ridiculous, none of them are in the least bit level-headed or professional..
I hope this writer, never ever writes another spy/action themed Kdrama again. The illogical/unrealistic things…
i feel the same slightly as you.. some of the scenes (especially the exchanges between the leaders/government/agency etc) are soooo ridiculous, it's highly unlikely this would happen and they would act in this kind of manner in response (some of the leaders are so unprofessional istg)
this was great, as someone who read the manga, and has seen the anime, i LOVE how they managed to squeeze what they did into such a short space of time. obviously it's not gonna tell the whole story but i feel like they ended in a fairly good place, and i'm hopeful there will be a second instalment! there obviously is some stuff they won't have gone into the background of, and a few characters they have yet to really introduce (hanma is one, and a huge one at that)! i think those who have yet to have read the original source, or watched the manga might find it a bit lacking in some areas as there happen to be scenes that weren't as impactful without the knowledge, or some characters that i missed and hope will be introduced in the next movie! (emma (who i assumed would have been introduced here but wasn't, and chifuyu, who i look forward to seeing as a part of the Valhalla arc etc) in any case, it was funny, i felt like the actors did well to portray the characters to the best of their ability - but if you're looking for the full picture and want to FEEL emotionally drawn to the characters the best way to enjoy this story is by reading the manga! :)
the ending was unsatisfying and felt like too many questions were left unanswered considering i saw the original,…
agree that they could have done a rendition of the night in question with the real killer etc, and that it seems a bit lazy to just believe that the killer confesses everything after managing to avoid getting caught for so long! there's too many pieces of the puzzle missing!
the ending was unsatisfying and felt like too many questions were left unanswered considering i saw the original, but i still enjoyed the series remake as a whole and the acting was outstanding!
the ending is still so freaking weird, i can't process it
the manga intrigued me originally, the concept was really interesting.. but just like the manga (which i struggled to finish), this also took on a bizarre turn at the end. i was kind of hoping they'd change it but.. yeaaaaah haha :/
