Hello! I'm currently debating on watching this but I heard it's more comedy than angst, how much percentage of the drama is comedy/light hearted and how much of it is drama/angst?

They're pretty different dramas so I would go off of the plot you prefer.
I absolutely LOVED Love in the Clouds but I dropped When Destiny Brings the Demon by episode 20

Out of all the xianxia dramas I've watched, this one was most similar in romance-comedy-angst level! This one also has secrets involved that don't get revealed until later in the story

Does anyone know if this will be a happy ending? :')

In some of their interviews the leads inferred on a happy ending so I'm hoping that's the case

I would suggest giving it until episode 13! The show starts off a bit slow and lighthearted but starting at episode 13 some shit does down LOL, and the plot gets much deeper than it started off as.

Hii! So I can't deal with the episode waiting for Love in the Clouds (my heart hurts too much waiting) T_T so I've come here to entertain myself with another cdrama until that one is complete.

Can someone answer some of these questions about Fated Hearts (I don't mind spoilers)
1. Is the FL Strong and can she/will she hold her own? I'm tired of so many cdramas baiting me into thinking a general FL will be strong, just for her to need saving 80% of the time ahaha
2. When does Fu Yi Xiao regain her memory, and does it change her as a person or her skill level in combat?
3. When do the leads get together? I saw a comment that the show got boring after they got together, I hope that isn't true :(
4. Any jealousy from either sides? I'm a sucker for the jealousy in dramas haha
5. How 'enemies to lovers' is this? I loveeee this trope, and I would love to know if there's that 'enemies to lovers tension'

No he doesn't, the 2FL plays a part in something larger, his love has always been for the FL through the whole series

Thank youu! I'm curious, so I know that she transmigrated into the world and everything but her character was someone else originally, will she remember her original character's past life as an assassin and does this change her in any way or does she remain the same?

I started this because I love the premise of the cdrama, but 6 episodes in and I'm getting a bit frustrated with the FL :( I get that she's supposed to be carefree and lazy but it's becoming way too much, does she get any better or get useful/strong at least? She seems like a liability at the moment with like barely any care for the world, and I'm not really into the damsel in distress kind of FL

Whoah, I seriously thought Li Qing Yue was her own person or was Hua Ru Yue but with her memories forgotten/her past life of some sort. From the beginning I was wondering 'when will she regain her memories?' 'When will it be revealed that her past life was HRY ?' I thought that she might have been a reincarnation, or really is just a mortal made by a fragment of HRY's soul, but I did NOT expect the twist when everything was revealed. Fan Ling Er wasn't just your typical 2FL love triangle character, she completely fooled by alongside the Li Qing Yue disguise.

Would someone be able to tell me when the main couple starts to genuinely like each other? I'm on episode 9 and I know it's a slow burn but I think it makes me a bit sad to see them doing things behind each other's backs since they seem far from trusting each other :( I'm worried it'll cause miscommunications down the line which is a trope I genuinely don't like

I remember watching this a longggg time ago (unfortunately dropping it though, maybe I'll pick it up later) and thinking that the 2FL was so pretty, like her beauty outshined the FL. It isn't until years later that I realized this was JJY, and I only realized it because I had yet another instance where I watched one of her dramas and though 'omg she's so pretty' and started to look into her past dramas.

Ohh that's a lot later than when the ML finds out. Do you think her finding out later affected the chemistry or build up of romance? :o I personally don't mind the step-sibling trope, I'm just worried that it'll cause a halt on the romance because of it

2. Do either of them end up feeling jealousy? If so please give some examples, I personally love jealousy in shows haha
