Agreed. Why make rules when you aren't going to follow them?!
Bouquets are quite common albeit they are more of money bouquets that directly goes to the actors as 'money gifts' but yes real floral arrangements are quite common to be creating this mess with No flowers rule and breaking it anyways.
Fans should be allowed to show their love and excitement absolutely it is upto people in power to create safe, clean and clear space for that.

I don't particularly care for offscreen dramas so apologies if I sound confused.
So bouquets aren't approved or supported by the company and organizers. One fandom followed the rules and backed off. Other negotiated to circumvent the rules and got their way but the one that followed the rules are at wrong for 'not trying enough' kind of sounds like gaslighting.
Personally I won't question/blame anyone for negotiating for what they care for but if the stance of the company is 'No flowers!' and yet they made exception for one for whatever reasons but exception was made despite clear 'No' rule- that 'does' sound like bias.
I'm absolutely NOT blaming the actors and their fandoms. Company/organizers are clearly at fault here. Rules should be same for all or none.

And their audience.

Pair Methas with Jett and THAT would be forbidden toxic delicious love story. Both characters are level headed, capable of ruthlessness and intelligent in cunning ways. Mark is standing all out and how. Methas is such a layered character. Can kill without mercy but runs barefoot to protect his own. Mekhin is adorable and gentle, Ciar is all spice. The dynamics of the trio are the primary worthwhile moments for me so far.

I was trying hard to not say it out aloud lest I jinx it myself but I know what you mean. So let's just hope the company won't be company-ing in this series. This one has SO much potential and as you said such strong start. So here's to wishing a strong run till the finish line.

Beautiful, detailed and very engaging read. And I must commend you that you strictly limited the spoilers to only episode 1. Sometimes the book readers give away major plot twists spoilers so I'm wary of opening book spoilers but I'm so glad I did read your comment. Season one may not have path breaking story or barely any story at all but characters were fairly easy to watch. This one barring P and Pan every character is so darn annoying.

Absolute agreement! The men and their intimate scenes and body shots ARE pretty. ANDDD..... Can't really think of many other 'sell-able' points. This show could have been; should have been SO much more.

Since when is likes of 2Moons the gold standard of judging BLs? A cringy, corny, silly show which is supposed to be cringy, corny, silly show ends up being cringy, corny, silly show. Versus a show that is a first ever big ticket Vampire show with mature, experienced, hot actors, supposed to be welcome break from done-to-death university world, actual solid plotline albeit on paper and then the ball was dropped and we shouldn't complain because we liked some shows that aren't Emmy worthy. Makes just as much sense as going - How dare you Marvel movie enjoyers criticize Tarantino! Err Marvel will be judged by Marvel standards. Supposed Tarantino by Tarantino.

p.s I didn't even call this show bad. I said it had potential to be great but got 'after thought' treatment hence not landing (for me).

Now that's how Kings should return to their original kingdom. Nearly flawless first episode. Or maybe there were flaws. Who cares. Didn't/Can't/Won't see any! KristSingto are back and the story looks multidimensional and kickstarted fabulously. Let me time travel to next Thursday.

Watching same company's other airing shows I think the issue with this show is- it feels like an after thought. One show at prime time is utterly mediocre but stuffed to gills with ads. So maybe it is serving it's set purpose. Other riding on fluff, cuteness, fresh young cast and popular with youngsters. The return of OG pillar of the company aired today and the contrast with MGB is stark. Actual effort was put in the introduction episode. MGB well.. A simple story well told will always triumph over a complex one shoddily narrated. And MGB never really had any complexity to begin with. Remove intimate scenes and those edible body shots everything else is underwhelming or questionable. This show had the potential to be a cult show in fantasy gore genre. But it probably will just 'exist'. Atleast the leads are hot and chemistry is crackling.

Entire cast is freaking cute. KimMon has my whole heart. Everytime Ashton's dimples peek through a fairy gains her wings!

Always a bad idea to pitch a rival in a love story who shares better chemistry and dynamics with the lead than the set pairing. Than and Typoon seems to be better matched than Than and Keen. And it doesn't help that Keen at present is coming across as ingrate and not very likable character though understandably he is going through a lot but still! Hope he improves or it will be a difficult ride.

Skip the intro and outro the episodes are maybe 7 odd minutes max. Compile the scenes that actually contributed to the story and maybe it's total of 6-8 minutes till now. But the actors are easy on eyes, acting is decent enough and time spent watching the episodes would be literal few minutes so can give it a try.
