It was legit 8.5 and 8.4 yesterday... haters are everywhere its so sad!!! I never saw it until this year where…
And it is always the βfansβ who liked him from the previous shows, they seem to never like new shows actors do when they are attached to a certain show
I was expecting this drama to have at least 8.0 rating or above π what is going on?? People need to learn how to separate different dramas or actors from their other shows.
I won't lie A'Shei was not as "useless" people seem to perceive her. She was every smart, seemed to understood…
Thank you so much!
I truly understood what the directors were going for, and I loved it personally. The OST that was being played was a significant tribute for me to even understand their troupe. Their love was unsaid but I loved the little tension. The part where he started to understood that he loved her and her presence truly was changing him was beautifully understated.
The ending made me sad because A' Shui and LiCi could have been everything and more, but the point of their love is to show that love doesn't always leave behind a future but only leaves a memory.
A Shui's character was the most talked about during the airing of the show even though she had the least screen…
THIS MAKES MORE SENSE!!
I have never read the novel but I could tell A Shui's character NEEDED MORE. I was expecting her to grow powerful at some point because of her blood. I thought she secretly had some type of power π.
On another note, I liked the romance, well the little bits of it, but LiCi and A Shui could have been more. Like Xifang Tao and Puzhu (my favorite tbh..)
I can't hold back anymore, I just gotta vent! that fl is seriously so frustrating. she's the epitome of my most…
I won't lie A'Shei was not as "useless" people seem to perceive her. She was every smart, seemed to understood things Tang LiCi was doing, and made certain decisions that was very critical like towards episode...35? Not sure I forgot.
I feel like your ideology of "Weak and Useless" comes from the fact that she has no spiritual power and can't defend herself, which makes sense because she comes a different background and doesn't have that type of power. But in my opinion, she is very smart. In fact played a role in Tang LiCi journey when it came to him learning about love.
Even though the show failed to show certain scenes about romance (even side characters barely got it lol) you can still feel some tension from them, it just depends on how you look at it. Not every chemistry or love needs a kiss or needs to be said. Their love was more like "mutual awareness without permission to act." They understood the love they had for eachother but it was unsanctioned by fate. WHICH I LOVED!
On a side note, I truly can't stand characters like Chunji. They are like "Because I have 'trauma' or 'treated unfairly' I get to be a victim in everything I do" There are many characters like this I truly hate, and I don't why they get so much love because they are "misunderstood"
Great to hear you are enjoying the drama! Which episode are you on?Whispers of Fate is a heroism-focused drama…
Currently on episode 28, I am the type of watcher to watch multiple shows as once, but before this week ends I will surely finish!
I also watched TTEOM when it aired. That is why I don't see much similarities between both MLs. They have a few things they do have in common, but not as strong to say both shows are have SOMEWHAT of a similar journey. But I cannot see the spoiler, so please let me know.
I am so mad at myself for putting this show on hold. As a person who loves a show filled with deep and complex characters with good music. This show gives everything. I put it on hold because i was confused like around episode 4..? 5? I genuinely lost plot of what was going on. But I decided to give it another try even though I was still confused and best decision i have made! Now I am writing an analysis on one of the songs and how it relates to the show πππΏ I am a song nerd, but for now I HAVE to finish this show.
Bonus. People are saying this show is so much like TTEOFM, but to me it keeps reminding me of Fangs of Fortune (as a person who is OBSESSED with Fangs of Fortune and can tell you the entire plot and how different characters are complex in their own way in ONE seating π) . Although these two shows have different aesthetic, I have to say the characters are quite similar in some way. I will make a more detailed paragraph later!
