if you watch this drama till ep 5 and don't like it, then just move on. some adaptation cannot be that same to novel or following season 1 where I think the production have been different and the casts also different plus this drama need to build the drama from middle part and not from first part that highten the difficulty especially for viewer like me that never watch season 1 and novel. so this drama can made me understand and follow the drama already done a good job plus the budget doesn't look low to me. I watched poor budget cdramas and it is not this, cause low budget drama won't have that many background soldiers, or their clothes are so ugly and barely have other costume to change.
this is already huge production for me.
as for fl cast, she indeed grow on me the more I watch the ep, is like maybe this how chu Qiao since I never watch season 1 nor read the novel.
as for romance with huge age gap, I am doubting there will be that many intense romance in this, seems like the story that follow how the girl growth to stronger and ml silently protecting her from behind.
li yunrui, when is this production began? , cause li yunrui only popular because of blossom where he rocked the general character with gray hair, his acting is so good and his visual is top, I also watched his other drama yummy yummy, love it.
so I think either li yunrui accept this drama when he is not that known yet or maybe something is changing in cdramas entertainment like I've been seeing article ai mi underage c-actress gonna act with hou minghao and also next with ml from when destiny brings demon ml (as far as I watched this ml drama always have very intense romance)

I am not spreading lies, I just give my opinion based on what I watched. it is fair to give fair opinion than based on prejudice. if you don't like this drama just move on, why torture yourself?

right, I have same thought. I think this rating do not do justice to this drama. this is prejudice cause they don't like actually young fl acting as the fl and some that are fans of old princess agent drama.
the production is gorgeous, the actors and actresses probably chosen based on novel characteristics, the story is smooth and not a filler or empty plot, but full packed plot

I tried it to ep4 and I think this is good, just be a little patience with the packed plot and influx of short flashback of the beginning. ep3 or 4 are the true beginning after the summary of past in ep 1 and ep2

first ep to two ep, FL do not have expression, she is cold cause she lost memory and only act based on logic but episode 3 onwards especially four, you will see emotion in fl after remembering everything, the ml also very handsome, nice to watch, the story plot is packed plus slowly unreavealed the past. give it a chance at least to ep 4

I watched this to ep4, surprisingly this is good. the storytelling is also smooth despite it is actually season 2, they slowly unreavealed their past history. the actors and actress also did good job. I especially like this ml more than previous princess agent cause I like visual. the actress also slowly growing on me.

I will more appreciate this drama, if they just reshoot it all from begining, I also don't feel like watching princess agent.

probably because they are affected by emotion. sometimes when people is honest, people can cry letting out their true thought and emotion

lately Netflix is so good at kdramas. can this love be translated and this. 10/10

I love the novel, it gave me daily dose of fun read with no stressful thing, I also love the drama cause it give me feeling that all side characters trying to be close to pei Qian and pei Qian looks more human, the only things that bother me, how they will conclude tengda in the drama, because I watched trailer, Mr. sima's son appeared and like a boss in front of pei Qian where pei Qian cannot say anything.
for novel spoiler ending because it doesn't seem like you will read it. the novel is good, despite there is no more explanation for the system and why, but we can see how tengda slowly growing as huge company in every field and because pei Qian ultimate goal is actually losing money, pei qian's business will help more and more people.

yeah but the confusing things in drama, the real master is Mr. sima so I am not sure, if I am pei qian, I will be worry about this and that. while in novel tengda is absolutely only pei qian's.

the novel has its own charm because it is the only cnovel that I read it completed with 1600+ chapters, pei Qian there is absolute and strong but at same time, I also feel he is detached and cold from his surroundings because he can never say what his truly goal but in drama he feel more like human, the ups and downs his emotion, his pitiful salary etc but at same time it made him weaker, he is not the genius CEO pei Qian novel that people can only looked from afar. both novel and drama have it own pro and con. both have its own charm.
