This was the only weak point of the script. They briefly hinted it was 'Joo', but didn't follow up, and for good…
I also think the timeline doesn't make sense bc at the time she reveals shes pregnant, she's fully healed from her surgery and has presumably spend enough time living a new life at the club with chunae. Also she seems to be in the very early stages of her pregnancy (since she had just realized it and she had a flat belly) so how could oh nam be the father considering he assaulted her back when she had just gotten surgery?

I understood it as it was the imagination of In Hae seeing him there, while thinking about him and his death.
Its more of an open ending so you can interpret it as you want! I also think it was her imagination BUT right after she saw him their picture appeared , meaning that he's human & he can appear in photos , so did he really come back? We'll never know
YALL MAYBE MAYBE HE DID COME BACK!!!!! in the end when she saw him, the picture behind her finally started showing MEANING THATS HES HUMAN NOW SO HE CAN APPEAR IN PICTURES
I thought i wouldn't like this but so far im enjoying it so much! The humor is actually funny most of the time and im genuinely feeling the chemistry between almost all the couples! The main leads are winning me over and i dont get bored with any scenes, cant wait to see moree
