Just completed it and they make you want to watch until the end as they do end up together. Suzume and Ritsu. My 2nd asadora drama finished and now my favorite one. One of my favorite dramas ever too. I can gladly go back and rewatch episodes due to how fun they were and the length. I am now a fan of Nagano Mei. Takeru Satoh is one of my favorites. I love that the plot was focused on a multiple of occupations Suzume worked instead of just one. It helped keep interest in the drama.
Asking for spoilers: is there a love triangle? Who is it between? How many couples are there? Who are they? Does…
No love triange between the two leads. There are 3 couples. Lu ping and Qin Sang. Su tang and Mo Lin. Xi Fan and Zi Yan. Yeah it's a happy ending for the friendship between the 4. But Qin Sang doesn't make it to the end
Anyone know the name of a ost played in several parts throughout the drama. It has this heroic rhythm to it. It's played mostly when they fight a villain and finish them off
Thank you for this tribute article for Takeuchi Yuko. May she rest in peace. I just finished watching Lunch Queen and think everyone should watch it too. At a positive side watching her best works will keep the memory of her alive. She will not be forgotten for how much of an impact she has made.
Another Japanese star has left us this year. I don't want to see anymore people take their lives due to suicide. We need to take this issue more serious. May you rest in peace now Yuko-san.
Stopped watching after episode 2 but I'll put it on hold for now. It was so cringe watching it. Not even the medical plot could keep me to continue watching. Although I was a bit more interested to see where Tendou's sister and the guy nurse was going.
I just noticed that that poster that Fuyutsuki has is a poster of him Takenouchi Yutaka. I didn't see his work yet when I watched GTO so this came to a surprise for me realizing it. Looking back on it now is kind of funny. Matsushima and Takenouchi later on went to star in a drama together and so did Sorimachi too with him.
Some interesting things I found, the actress who played the girl in the hospital who Soichiro helped with was in the gto movie which Sorimachi Takashi is in. Some gto flashbacks there. Also Esumi Makiko the lead actress made a guest cameo in the show gto 1998 in episode 11 as a nurse.
I watched it and finished it even with people saying it had a bad ending. I can say the ending wasn't my favorite but it didn't ruin the drama for me. I don't regret watching this drama even with that ending. The two leads were great together and the plot flowed well enough for me to keep watching. The drama had some good music. Overall the ending didn't ruin the drama because I enjoyed most of it
Hero 2 felt like a disappointment to me. I really loved the first Hero (2001) and looked forward to Hero 2. Hero 2 added in much more comedy to the show. The 1st season of Hero balanced out the comedy with the drama and mystery/law/crime well but in the 2nd season, I felt that too much comedy was added and it wasn't that good comedy.
Another big change to the show was the new cast. The cast of Hero 2001 was amazing. The 2 main leads Kimura and Matsu had unbelieveable chemistry. Also Hiroshi Abe was a great supporting actor. By then I'm sure they couldn't afford him to come back and play a supporting role, heck he didn't even make a guest role. I didn't like the new cast and characters introduced at all. The 3 new prosecutors had characters so similar to the ones that were there from the 1st season. Don't try to recreate something from the past, these prosecutors should have had different personalities than being similar to the past ones. I couldn't connect to them at all. I was glad they brought back the assistant prosecutors from the 1st season, I enjoyed these guys back then and now. Now Kimura had to carry this show by himself because he was the only reason for me to watch this season. He and Keiko were ok together but not the best chemistry. It just didn't feel right. One reason why the 1st Hero was popular was because of Kimura and Matsu's amazing chemistry. I think they should have somehow gotten Matsu to be in the 2nd season.

The cases here were forgettable.
