They paired up three times already. I don't want them to repeat like NY or MK couple. I hope he gets to pair up…
Omg! I’m also waiting to see a Mew-James and Mint-James project. Chance of seeing him with Mew though might have even gotten slimmer now that she is prioritizing her motherhood now. So rn, my top pair wish for him is Mint. Aside from the two though, I’m also hoping for a Baifern-James lakorn (I mean, it isn’t impossible considering Baifern already freelanced for Ch3 and it rated fairly well).
Haven’t watched any Bow project yet but I’m excited to see this (tmi but: I’m also looking forward to watching her new lakorn with James Ji — like, she’s literally on a roll with the praeks she gets to pair with in Ch3 recently). Saw a lot of posts on IG and they even went to Austria to shoot scenes. All I can say is Mark is most definitely gaining a new koojin fandom with how visually compatible the two look on photos/clips posted. It’s really fascinating how he can have chemistry with anyone.
If Baifern really does act in Thong Prakai Saed, I hope she won’t accept any more roles like that in the next years after because as much as she’s brave and versatile to play the role, I want her in a new role. Not another Lhong Fai-ish character. Not necessarily a rom-com or anything but I just hope to see her playing in another genre. Or is it because she finds some script less challenging?
I want her to play another period lakorn but costume is more like the ones donned in Love Destiny. Or maybe a revenge (makjang) romance lakorn but her character not much of a ‘Mary Sue’ nor a ‘damsel-in-distress’ type. I want some angst but I don’t want my FL being a doormat. Anyway, whatever roles she take... I’m sure she’s gonna nail it the actress that she is! (Also, it’ll be a wish come true if she could act with James Ji or Mark Prin in the future.)
That would be surprising…I mean, remaking a lakorn that was released only 4 years ago…
Yes! There’s so many classics that needs to be seen in a fresh take. It’s very interesting to see how scripts and directions have different flares based on who gets to be in the production.

They love doing that in Thailand though? Maybe I’m wrong too but like, if there’s any country who enjoys doing remakes and adaptations of another series — even if it’s just a recent one — I feel like it’s no surprise Thailand would be that country. Lol. Not that I’m compaining though! I enjoy lakorns for how it is! I mean, SNP is just a remake of PCKNM (also a remake but like the latter was literally just released in 2016).
I watched 2/5 from this screenwriter and I would say she kinda needs to work harder and find newer inspirarion. KK was unsatisfying but like, TDA was definitely a mess!
Also give Krating and Mint a chance to work together Ch3, she's got really really strong chemistry with him
Yeah, something along those lines for them! Like Gina, I feel like Mint has so many more range to offer. And tbh, I’ll take any Krating-Mint reunion though what you are saying actually sounds exciting and can definitely suit their chemistry.
Strangely enough, I didn’t think she looked that young with Krating than with Mario for some reason (or that’s just how chemistry, or the lack thereof, works?).
This guy is very good looking. I have yet to watch any of his works though but the ones with Mint and Oom look interesting so I’m planning to watch those.
I’m not feeling the lead casts for the adaptations of the Jutathep series (not this one... but like the rest of the adaptations/sequels). Then again, that must have root from the sense of unfamiliarity (I only know 3 from the whole ensemble — those being Gina, Mint, and Oom). Anyway, still gonna stay tuned though!
But tbf, I’m really looking foward to La-ojan among the whole new adaptations because of the lead couple’s visuals. Khun Chai Rachanon wasn’t that bad as well of a mother storyline. Actually, except for Khun Chai Taratorn (literally, the only one I dropped so many times until I decided to just give up on watching/finishing it)... all the other mother stories of the series were great so it’s interesting what they’ll do in these new era of Jutathep series. Hopefully, the OST would be as iconic too like how Ruk Tae Yoo Neua Gan Wayla served in different flares (Taratorn was bad but I like their OST version for that as well).
I like Mint! I’ve been rooting for her ever since I watched her in Praomook. She’s doing good too in Bad Romeo but tbh (and this might be an unpopular opinion), I kinda think she was miscasted as Claire in BR. Idk! It’s not really a problem with her acting but I just didn’t think the role was for her? And I don’t mean this in a way that she’s undeserving of the role? But really, I just can’t seem to connect with her as I watch her version of Claire. Idk! She just look too much if a baby for the role? And no, I’m not saying Yaya and Mario are looking old in the lakorn. Not at all! But like, I really feel no chemistry between her Claire and Mario’s Kla? Maybe, the character could have fit Gina Salas or Sirilak Kwong more? Or maybe it’s really just a problem in the directing they gave her?
Anyway, I can’t wait to see Mint doing more roles in the future. So much potential! Maybe, try pairing her with August too if they want something new?
Update: Oh wow! She’s probably bound to be the new gen actress of Ch3 as she’s about to star in an adaptation lakorn for one of the classic Jutathep series (hoping hers won’t be as boring as the original Taratorn though — unfortunately, that is the only one I found boring and not worth the time watching out of the five).
