Loving this drama! Not one boring scene. The pace is really good and I don't feel the need to fast forward certain scenes. I am watching this and Rise of Ning but am enjoying the pace and storyline of this so much better.

I am on the struggle bus with this one. Not much is happening and the pace is too slow. I'm only on ep7 and if it's repetitive then I'll save it for when there is absolutely nothing else to watch
Came for DYX. I dropped within the first 30mins because of the FL voice but picked it up again to kill time.
Storyline was interesting and I enjoyed both leads but it got a little cringey once they both started their romance romance. She's a business woman and him the magistrate with potential for prime minister but when the romance really started they both just became so childish. I wasn't feeling it and dropped again. I'll probably pick it up later again when I run out of other dramas to watch.
I do want to add that Gui Bai is so far my favorite character!!! He's so adorable!

That was what I got from the trailer too. I was waiting to see when it's revealed shes fake. For me personally, even if the ML and FL are not blood related it still is a little weird that they have a romance since they considered each other siblings to begin with.

I hated that the princess died. I was hopeful in the beginning for her and her "bodyguard" romance but we all know how that ended. Unlike others, I quite enjoyed the EPs after 32 because it really showed the main leads love for each other and DZY devotion to HY because after she revealed herself as the real DZY, she refused HY up until he disappeared.
Is the show focuses only on adventure not romance right ? I saw in genre there is no romance.
I watched the anime and it's not focused on romance although there are CP pairings. I'm guessing little romance as the main focus is on Dark River's internal conflicts.

GJ looks amazing in this! The first thing I do when I wake up is watch BTS videos of GJ! Its what I live for every day now. Idk how I will last the very long wait once filming is completes until it actually airs.
ML and FL are both beautiful but I didn't feel the chemistry. FL was more interested in investigating and running around that it kind of took away from the relationship building. There was really no growth in relationship or characters. Even at the end when she knew he was doing what he did to keep her and her family out of trouble, she still played hard to get. The whole wedding at the end didn't sit right with me. I had to stop. I'll try finishing that last episode one day. Overall I did enjoy it and DYX visuals were amazing! FL is also so cute and pretty.

I noticed that he lost a lot of weight too. Long work hours and this role is physically demanding. I hope he doesn't lose more weight but I agree with Spoiled Cat that he is more handsome....it might also be the costumes and styling for this drama too. I hope this drama is a hit because he worked so hard non stop! I also hope he takes a nice vacation after filming is complete!
Took me a while to pick this up since I'm not big into the youth/college dramas but finally watched it because I missed GJ. I enjoyed the leads chemistry. They were so adorable together!! I'm glad FL was not the 5yearold type that we see in other dramas. I really wished the 2ML would've ended up with someone too. He is too cute and such a green flag.
