I think the other dimension is for couples who the grief tree had acknowledged. Yaya couple didn't make a wish/vow.
I found it weird that it seems the humans in the other dimension almost feel like they don't remember everything but the spirits all did. The princess seemed clueless when he was talking about all he did over the years. Constable seem like she was just meeting YRS for the first time and DFYC don't even remember what happened since their battle with the black foxes.
I've read a few comments from other dramas where people were saying reincarnation wasn't liked by the govt. Not sure how true that is considering there's a few dramas with multiple lifetimes of the couples as the base storyline.

Yes! They could've elaborated on a lot and have less choppy editing if the eps were longer in length or they had 40 eps total. It felt rushed in the most important parts. I still enjoyed it and will be binging the entire drama!
