Assisted suicide and euthanasia is a gray area, its difficult to say what's right and wrong, because there's so many different, valid arguments that it's hard for me personally to form a set opinion.
I haven't watched a drama that discusses such topics, making this an even more interesting and intriguing watch for me.

I don't think Dr.Kan is the perpetrator, but he needs to stop acting so sus, he's just putting himself in a pickle. The information the police have so far does point to Dr.Kan's direction, but I think he has a feeling that somethings going on and is doing his own personal investigation, so that's why Wasan keeps crossing paths with him. Even in his own home when he's alone, he's acting so secretive and suspicious.🤨

I had my suspicions in episode 1 that it might be something to do with euthanasia or assisted suicide, and the preview "what if the patient wanted to die?" makes me think even more that it has something to do with that, but I don't want to make any assumptions just yet...
