The second episode was a little bit if a let down. I understand the show is low budget and a comedy, but come on, they could have put a little more effort to make it make sense.

Unpopular opinion here, but I actually enjoyed the first two episodes way more than I did the beginning of Anti Reset. I, for one, found Ever 4 hilarious and much more interesting. I can agree that the acting for the dad and the Ever company dude is horrendous and painful to watch, but I loved the interactions between the main couple.

It shouldn't really be an issue. Both of them have kissed other men on-screen. If they're not comfortable with doing it anymore, it's simple, don't take on a BL role, stick to straight ones. I don't make excuses for actors, I also don't believe all that BS about how kisses are not that important that people try to preach in order to convince themselves they are not frustrated. You don't see nobody going to comment on a straight show and say how it's fine if they don't kiss because you can still see the love in their actions or some other BS like that.

I swear to freak that if they're lying and playing us with that kiss preview for the final episode I'm gonna flip my sheet (derogatory).

I still suspect the forensic doctor. Even with the preview for next episode leading us to suspect P'On, I don't think she is the murderer.

I love YinWar, but the show got too off track. The first episode was definitely the best of the bunch and I dare say, than from there on, it was okay, then after it hit the mid-season part, it only went downhill. There was a lot of wasted potential, and they could have done things much better.

I really hope they will manage to bring forth the second season. This was truly beautifully done and very loyal to the novel, especially in the subtleties of each character. I see a lot of people didn't quite understand the characters, and that's okay, but for those who plan to watch this, don't be swayed by the negative comments. It's a really good coming of age story, yes, the story is unfinished, but everything was done beautifully.

Exactly my thoughts as well. There is still so much to happen. They haven't really gotten romantically involved yet, Tian hasn't revealed the issue with his father yet nor his own initial issue, they haven't gotten caught by their parents yet, the parents haven't split up yet, they didn't get separated yet. There is so much to happen before the time skip for when they meet again in the future and rekindle their relationship.

listen, all I'm gonna say is that they better be planning a second season. there's no way they can fit the rest of the plot and its twists in four episodes. it would feel too rushed.

I watched this in one sitting and the series was by no means bad. Sure, the plot was a bit weak and lacking, and the last episode felt rushed and lackluster, but overall it was pretty good, the acting was really good, the cinematography. It's definitely worth a watch.

they never gave any credits to the author or even mention the novel anywhere. I did look for mentions of I being based on the novel, but there was none.

Did they plagiarise the novel Don't You Like Me by the author Lu Tianyi? The plot is way too similar to the novel, it can't be a coincidence.

It's not as rare as you'd think, at least from where I come from. As to whether all of them would want it, we cannot know, it was never presented as a possibility. Given their personalities and having Myungha as pacifier, it could actually work.

The show certainly got worse towards the end. The last episode was particularly bad, it felt like it was recorded before the rest of the show when the actors barely knew how to act around each other. Everything felt so stiff and dull. I also hate what they did to Jack and Mike.

The writers really said "it's step by step, but my feet are sore, let's rush and end this bs", and that's how this horrible ending was created.

That could definitely be the case! Though it would make things much messier if he now gets involved with Wang. Seriously, there are so many possibilities and that has me thinking about this show a lot. I can't wait to find out the truth of their past.

My interpretation was that In was in love with Siam when they were younger, they were super close and he had to repress his feelings. In seems like the kind of guy that would put the one he loves first. I think Siam did want to be with him, too, but In convinced him to get together with Mol because that was the "right" thing and he didn’t want Siam to have to suffer from any prejudice and homophobia. Then he isolated himself because even though he did what he thought was right, that didn’t mean him wasn't also hurt. I think maybe Siam might have tried to contact him, said he would break it off with Mol and be with him, but In rejected him and that's why he started drinking, it might've developed to the point where he couldn’t bear to be with Mol anymore. But there is also the possibility that he couldn’t accept his feeling and tried to force himself to be straight, so when Mol tried to force him to face the truth, he lost it.
